This was my inquiry over the phone with the rep and with the 2 guys who came over to provide the estimate. A few days later a 3rd guy shows up to replace the window. He was confused why I would replace just one piece of the Opaque window with Clear glass. I was confused at his confusion. I said the whole thing is going to be replaced with clear. He says the order is for just one quarter of the circle due to the window framing. What?!? This was never explained to me by the 2 guys who came over and inspected the job. I was very clear that the whole circle was to be replaced with clear glass. Long story short $290.20 gets you 1/4 of a 23" window, and due to urgency I had to get it reordered in the opaque to match the other panels. I decided to go through my car insurance, which had a $100 deductible for replacements. Apple Glass received the OEM Ford Ranger windshield and replaced it quickly, with my original TollTag, registration, and other stickers on the new windshield as if nothing had happened.
