They hadn't wiped anything down, blew off any acorns or leaves. There was no workers to be found. Called the owner and she seemed pissed and said "umm there should be workers there to help you" I said yeah..well there isn't... then a few minutes later here comes a pissed worker on a golf cart, she was the "lead worker" and all she says extremely rude is "what's the problem?!" I explain to her nothings cleaned and she says "you realize it rained yesterday right?" "This was cleaned this morning" there was absolutely no way it had been cleaned that morning for it to be as dirty as it was. She then continued to sit in her golf cart for OVER AN HOUR chatting with the DJ and gossiping. The only reason our wedding was as beautiful as it was is because myself and aunt, busted there asses to make sure everything was cleaned. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE DJ DONNIE HAYDEN. I had a planning session with him prior and explained all the details I wanted he wrote everything down... he called me about 3 times after the fact just to ask the same questions. So you would think he would have everything perfect right? NOPE if you want to waste $700 use the DJ they recommend! He started playing my isle song before I was even walking down it!! Then stood there and argued infront of everyone with my husband and mom that he was not in the wrong! Then their first dance he's starts playing our song when we're not even on the dance floor so now we have to rush! The whole night he was rushing us, didn't play any of my playlist besides the songs HE WANTED. AWFUL NIGHT...the owners are rude and don't care, the head of the workers is extremely rude and lazy, even while I was getting ready she came up to check if I was ready just to tell me "your really not ready yet??" Then goes to tell my husband to tell him she's still not ready... so the only good thing I can say about this place is whoever they hired for the servers and drivers were AMAZING, they were extremely helpful and treated us how we should have been treated. If you want a venue that is cute but rundown, owners that are bothered by you, a lead worker that looks over her own life and a old DJ that doesn't have his $hit together. Please book them I am the mother of the bride and posting this because it seems that people think they can threaten, bully and try to intimidate my daughter for speaking out and speaking the truth! We were beginning to think we were completely locked in to the area with no way to get to the ball field or to the front of the Star Center but a Star Center patron let us in when my husband tapped on the door. Had all this not happened we probably would have used the snack bar on a future trip to the ball field. But, lesson learned. Avoid this place!

The other, was pretty competitive with their pricing but she seemed annoyed on the phone. I don't know about you but when planning an event of any kind, you have enough chaos, adding an unpleasant person to the mix is not ideal. Brandi was perfect! The setup & pickup went smoothly. Keith was very unresponsive, the tables were dirty, balls were terrible quality and very old. The tables was not level and they had to come back to level. My event ended Sunday and they didn't pick up until Tuesday and that was only after the hotel called me and I called Keith. I will be using another company from now on.

We valeted our car in front of the gallery, saw the show and then decided to walk down to Halls Art, Ellie's for a glass of wine. We returned to the gallery at 9:30, our car was out front, open but no keys anywhere, nor any message about how to retrieve our keys. After searching, along with kind police officers, we then Ubered to our home to retrieve an extra key, then Ubered back to get our car. I called the service on Sunday, but they were closed and was not able to get in touch with them until Monday. They said they had left our keys with the owner of the gallery who then met me to hand them to me. My issue is that the valet was on a very busy entertainment street and they did not tell us that we needed to get our car by 8:30, nor did they have a sign that let us know that we had to pick up by 8:30, and no message as to where we could get our keys. Not only was it a $50.00 round trip Uber, but a very stressful situation that was handled very unprofessionally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING Pinky's Valet Parking Service.

Cochran (1855 - 1936), a prominent Mason and community leader, headed the committee that initiated plans for this building in 1902. Masonic officials assembled for the cornerstone laying in March 1907 and for the dedication ceremony in April 1913. Herb Miller Greene and J. B. Hubble, both Lodge members, designed the Neo-classical structure. A Dallas landmark, it is a showcase of fine materials and craftsmanship."
