Super job with our residential event. From first contact to the last car returned to our guests, everything was flawless. Julie and her team at the event were professional, pleasant and enthusiastic. We had about 75 guests for a family event. The pinky leadership treated us during the planning and contract phase as if we were a Super Bowl venue; attentive, welcoming and thorough in their preparation and execution. We were invited to an art show at Green Family Art Foundation on Flora St. on Saturday, October 4, 2025. We valeted our car in front of the gallery, saw the show and then decided to walk down to Halls Art, Ellie's for a glass of wine. We returned to the gallery at 9:30, our car was out front, open but no keys anywhere, nor any message about how to retrieve our keys. After searching, along with kind police officers, we then Ubered to our home to retrieve an extra key, then Ubered back to get our car. I called the service on Sunday, but they were closed and was not able to get in touch with them until Monday. They said they had left our keys with the owner of the gallery who then met me to hand them to me. My issue is that the valet was on a very busy entertainment street and they did not tell us that we needed to get our car by 8:30, nor did they have a sign that let us know that we had to pick up by 8:30, and no message as to where we could get our keys. Not only was it a $50.00 round trip Uber, but a very stressful situation that was handled very unprofessionally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING Pinky's Valet Parking Service. read more

Pinky's valet deserves much more than 5 stars! Hiring a valet service was a new experience for me and Pinky's couldn't have made it easier. After submitting an inquiry form, I received a call from Chelsie, the owner. After listening to my description of our event and the location, she gave me her suggestions for the services that she felt would make the event parking flow smoothly. Melissa, who I dealt with through emails and calls, was so patient with all of my questions and prompt with replies. On the day of the event, the attendants arrived in plenty of time to be set up and ready for the guests who arrived early! They were professional, courteous and seemed to really like what they were doing. I feel that engaging the services of Pinky's valet really elevated the experience at our event. While at a charity event--- I left my vehicle with the valet, received my ticket and proceeded into my event. Upon departing, I was asked for my ticket and my vehicle was brought up with the rear bumper obviously scratched and coming off the rear quarter panel. A supervisor was called over. She photographed the vehicle, took my contact information and accepted responsibility for the damage. She assured me that someone would call me the following Monday and gave me a contact number. I have called repeatedly when no one returned my calls. I have now had to contact an attorney to ensure that I can recover the cost of the damage to my vehicle. This is not how you do business. You return phone calls and you come to a consensus on how you rectify the matter. Since they've done neither we now have to go yet another route. NOT what I expect from this company. read more

I told the ladies working the Dallas museum of art tonight that I would leave a review tonight for their services so I will. I doubt she actually checks it, but....... I wished I could leave a tip and I knew I should have been more prepared for tipping ahead of time, but I usually never carry cash, but I always tip when provided a service. Therefore, I have to leave a less than perfect score. It's 2018 and this is a really cool idea and market space, you ladies should look at getting a square system or something in order for people attending work parties (where the food and drink will usually be provided) are still able to swipe their card for a tip. If I could be contacted soon in order to tip that would also be awesome! The team was fast, awesome, and provided fun quips and banter when I was in line waiting for my car and it happened in under a minute! It was awesome! read more

This valet service was tops! I found them online and was excited to see their great reviews and that they were located not far from us in East Dallas. I loved the business model of an all ladies valet service! Chelsie was very responsive and met me at my home to go over possible parking strategies. Since our event was in our neighborhood which has very few curbs, she paid particular attention to my requests to be respectful of neighbors and creative at working through possible parking options. She canvassed the neighborhood for parking possibilities and created a proposed parking map which she submitted to me for approval. The day of our event, her team arrived early, set up, and proceeded as planned. They could not have been more professional and kind. I would highly recommend Pinky's Valet Service. Pinky's Valet is the most professional and experienced valet group in the city and beyond. All of the drivers are highly trained professionals and can drive any car: Bentley's, high-end Mercedes, Audi's, BMW's, Land and Range Rovers, Rolls Royce's with a few Ferrari's, MacArthur's, Lamborghini's and everything else in-between. And yes, they can drive stick shifts which should go without saying but I am saying anyway. They are THE BEST OF THE BEST valet company ever. read more

Pinky's Valerie the best valet experience I have ever had. The ladies at Pinky's take customer service to a new level. We had them out for a party at residence, and there was a storm that blew in a couple of guest had walked over from nearby streets and they refused to let them walk home in the storm and they drove guest home in their personal vehicles. I usually don't post anything online, but I believe this is something praiseworthy as integrity and honesty are things that have been lacking over the years. I wanted to commend and acknowledge the honesty, professionalism, values, and integrity in which Ms.Chelsie the CEO of Pinky's Valet operates. In November, I had gone to a friend's wedding in Dallas and one of the valet employees bent my car key (almost 90 degrees). As the valet staff tried to resolve the problem by trying to straighten out the key, Ms.Chelsie, fortunately, was coming to check up on her staff. She quickly took matters into her own hands and took ownership/responsibility for her staff's mistake and tried to resolve the problem immediately. While the valet staff was straightening out my key I had a family member bring me my spare key from my home which was 35 min away. Ms. Chelsie offered to find a locksmith and to even personally take me to my house to get my spare key. Although I was upset and tired I just wanted to go home and rest so my only request to her was that the key is replaced/paid for. Ms. Chelsie agreed and provided me her business card and told me to contact her. I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to trust her. I contacted Ms.Chelsie after getting a quote from the dealership and emailed her the invoice, she quickly responded and sent me a check by mail after I sent her the final invoice. I'm not a fan of using valet, but if I ever wanted to do business with Ms. Chelsie I most definitely would not hesitate, she's definitely someone who has earned my respect. read more
