Watched a game here on a week day evening. The turfs and tables are pretty clean, and the entire facility is well maintained. Plenty of space to sit to watch the games going on. I also like that there was a seating area that was fenced off from the field. Everyone was nice and calm. Parking was the only issue, as it was hard to find a spot nearby. I wish there was a lot, but makes sense given the limited space in downtown Dallas. Would definitely come back to this place! read more

Really bad experience our game got canceled last minute which is dum no reason at all my cousin came to the place hour before the game to ask if the game was still going they said yes that it was probably a misunderstanding but after the hour came we all came and they said that the first game got cancelled after they told us it was still going after that of them fighting for the field they said the first game has to be cancel which makes no sense you mean if I reserved the field faster my shit gets canceled dumb asf read more

I am just learning the rules and enjoyment of soccer as a 72 year old grandpa. My grandson plays all over DFW but this winter he has been playing Futsal. I really enjoy watching it and it is really fast moving which really get's him excited. Good seating for spectators and parking is good also. We made the mistake of playing here and dealing with this ref. It isn't worth it. They aren't consistent. If you can get Michelle, you are golden. If not, good luck. I watched an entire game where the tall guy would let one team retake every mistake, but not the other. I felt bad for the teams playing. Didn't settle the ball on purpose? Its okay. You will get a second chance... but the other team, forget them... Tons of that crap. Worse, the pushing and aggression wasn't kept in check. He let it get out of hand. However, the owner's son ref'd our game and the stops were consistent and the rules explained. It makes a huge difference. The facility isn't horrible- the parking can downright suck because of volleyball, but the courts aren't horribly wavy. The ref'ing is inconsistent, but hey, it could always be worse. read more

I was very excited to enroll my kid(s) into a program here (I have 3), and looked on the website but saw only league and continuous programs. I decided to email the program manager for more specific info, inquiring about evening/weekend training or camps. The program manager emailed to simply refer me to the website. This place is awesome! This is the way small sided games should be taught. They actually care about the players and their development here. It is not about the 'WIN", it is about the development. This place is the whole package wrapped up into one. I drive 45 minutes twice a week and spend what I think is good money and I actually feel good about it because it is worth it. This was not the case with some of the academy teams I tried in the area where they train for the "WIN" and not the development. read more

I totally disagree with you. (Leon G)..We play at City Futsal all the time and the refs are even in my opinion. They are not FIFA certify but they certainly try their best. It sounds to me that you lost but the advice I would give you would be to get better so that you don't allow the refs to make a difference on any game. Don't let the referees get to you and keep on getting better. As far as the facility and City Futsal, in my opinion, they are very good at what they do. I speak from experience. If you are looking to improve the overall technique with the ball and understanding of the game, Futsal is the way to go. It is impressive to see what futsal can do when you play outdoor soccer. Those that say that futsal does not work when you play outdoor soccer are totally mistaken. My son joined City Futsal a couple of years ago and I cannot describe the level of confidence he has now than what he had in years past. 3 months ago while in City Futsal, a few parents decided to put an outdoor team together of primarily futsal kids and a few that play both (futsal and outdoor). And after combining training outdoor and futsal with the City Futsal coaches, this past weekend we played our first outdoor tourney although we may not be tall and fast, we totally dominated in all 4 games winning the tournament simply by playing possession, precise passing and just a high level of technique. By keeping the ball from the other teams allowed these futsal kids play their game and the results were amazing to watch. If someone was keeping track of the amount of time our boys kept the ball and how precise were their passes were, anyone would be impressed. Not to take anything away from the kids we played against because several of them were playing great but I have seen that in order to win a game, you must have 11 good players on the field that can play with a purpose and speaking from a personal point, my son became to understand that purpose while here at City Futsal. Give it a shot, you have nothing to lose. You too will see the difference on your child as the time goes by being perseverant and dedicated. City Futsal Rocks!!!! read more
