I told her I had hip, IT band, lower back and left shoulder issues- yes Army vet and mom to a toddler so I'm pretty banged up lol! She used several techniques such as stretches (ladies may want to shave their lady parts for that one-ha!), cupping, and deep tissue massaging to remove knots and release what felt like years of tension!
