I almost felt like I was being guided through some yoga floor exercises at times. The room I was in was cobbled together out of curtains, and was bright through the opaque window shades. It was very private, but not as dim as I'm used to. The massage bed was heated which is a really nice touch! I only got a 60 minute massage, which I kind of regret, as I still have some residual knots that are lingering. I do appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me.

The massage was ok. I was excited that my person spoke English and asked what I wanted her to focus on. Except she never focused on the areas I specified. She spent 30 min of a 90 minute massage on my calves and the back of my knee which hurt so much. I like the calf but the knee this was weird since there's only tendons there no muscle. That's a first. The other parts she wasn't applying enough pressure so I asked if she can go harder and she did but she was panting, short of breathe and her joints were cracking all over the place I never feared the well-being of a massage therapist before. She walked on my back but I was weird about it because I kept wondering if she washes her feet between clients since she was all up in my traps and near my face. At the end you get stretched out which was awkward because she doesn't try to cover during the stretch so I felt kinda funky during that part. It was decent I was more upset that she spent so much time on one body part and zero on my quads,barely lats and traps which I specified were my trouble areas. Oh well.

He performs based on what he notices each visit and he is never robotic. He definitely freestyles which is what I appreciate. I started out going to him just for stretch therapy. Now it's stretch and massage therapy. My last visit he noticed tension in my neck, my shoulders, my hands, and even my underarms (lymph nodes). He's always checking in to make sure you're ok, if you're comfortable, the pressure, etc. You can request any music you'd like while he is performing. He makes it literally the best "xperience" for you each time you come to see him. And he's down to earth. Really nice person. I was assigned a male masseuse instead of the female therapist I requested, but I decided to give him a chance. The service, however, was nowhere near a lymphatic massage. It felt like a light Swedish massage with surface‑level rubbing--no pressure, no drainage techniques, no fluid movement, nothing resembling what I booked or paid for. I repeatedly explained that lymphatic drainage requires deeper, intentional pressure to move water and fluids, and instead of adjusting, he kept interrupting me with "I know, I know, I know." If you know, then do it. He didn't. I ended the session early because it was clear he did not understand the technique. I also had to ask him three times to leave the room so I could get dressed, and even then, an older man walked in on me while I was changing. Completely unacceptable. I tried explaining the issue at the front desk, but the woman didn't seem to understand the difference between a regular massage and lymphatic drainage either. I still paid, but I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if the staff here are not properly trained or licensed. They do not listen, they do not comprehend, and they do not provide the service advertised.
