I understand that the weather was an issue because it was gonna rain supposedly. We agreeed that morning would be okay and if the weather will permit, it would be extended until the time we were going to end which was 5pm. The day of the event, it was already 80% chance of rain in the morning until 10am. They showed up no problem and in our area it wasn't really raining although it was cloudy. It goes on as planned not until 1pm when the pickup person went to our place to pickup the bounce house. He told us that its about to rain. I told him the weather has been like this and has been at 80% rain since this morning. The guy asked me to call the manager which i did. To cut the whole story short, we ended up letting them take the bounce house but the problem is rhey also want to take the tables and chairs that we rented also. The owners problem is that he has to pay the guys every pick up and he doesnt want to ask them to come back. I told him, "if the weather isn't an issue, both the bounce house and the tables should stay here until 5pm." They can take the bounce house but at least leave the tables and chairs and make them cone back later when the party is done. He said i can take it to the warehouse for free if i have an suv or i can pay the guys at least $30 to come back to pick it up. I was almost willing to bring it at a later time by myself not until he started shouting at me and telling me that i'm making it difficult to work with him. Sir, we are explaining our side and you are not listening. You're shouting at you're customers without letting them talk. I ended our conversation with, " there's no point talking to you and we shouldn't be having this conversation. " he's kot listening anyway. We ended up letting them take the tables and chairs also. I know you have lots of customers bit this'll be the last for me. Good luck and hopefully you can improve your management skills in the future.

The inflatable slide isn't manned. So at one point so many kids were on it, it collapsed onto everyone. Parents were panicked trying to lift it up to get their kids out from under. Not safe! The smaller inflatable slide had a bounce house attached. There was someone manning it but he was on his phone and just letting every kid in so kids were bouncing on top of others. Lots of tears coming out of that one. The merry go round goes extremely fast for a kids ride. I was shocked they had a ride for littles going that fast! The cotton candy station was a hot mess. The food court is not worth it. The chicken strip basket had 2 chicken strips and 5 tater tots. If you get a side of tater tots you get 7-8 tater tots. Overall I would say for the cost, I don't think it's worth it. There wasn't enough to actually do. There are other places in the area with more things to do, that are safer for your kids and also worth the price.

I was a complete nervous wreck (as most brides are), but Frank kept me laughing and smiling all night long. He was professional and has a super awesome camera setup! Frank was very down-to-earth, and patient with us! He did his best to show us how to open-up and love the camera. He's an all around jovial guy, and took stunning shots at the Newport Preservation. My only regret is that we weren't able to book him for our wedding package! :( Once we get the edited photos I will post the results! Thank Final Phase!
