Received prescribed medication or no medication in a sealed pump container that was impossible to access. Pharmacy refused to Replace the item and refused to refund. Unfortunately it was a total waste of money and the worst is that in an urgent situation I could not access the medication. I would not recommend this place. read more

Today I have encountered the worst customer service and support experience provided by a pharmacy. It was the end of a month long battle with a staff that is either not trained at all to handle a pharmacy properly or, on contrary, is trained to follow a clearly corporate business for the sake of getting money no matter what its customers get in return. It almost started a month ago when my doctor sent over the prescription (Order# 1594610) to DFW Wellness Pharmacy (the doctor suggested that this pharmacy is cheaper; really?!). The pharmacy staff called me to fill the order/prescription. I mentioned to them that one of the medications, "Calcipotriene and Betamethasone Dipropionate", must be in the ointment form and avoid delivering it to me as foam whatsoever. Then the pharmacy representative said that they will contact the doctor for a new prescription. When I called the pharmacy back in about 8-10 days, the pharmacy representative mentioned to me that they were still waiting for a new prescription from my doctor (she said that they left a message to my doctor to call them back for a new prescription. That was it!). Also at that time the pharmacy representative asked me to pay for the copay ($125.-) for this medication and assured me that they will send me the right medication (ointment and not foam). Without my consent 1 -2 days they sent me the foam and not the ointment as I requested. I called the pharmacy back and they said they couldn't honor the ointment form so I must use what they sent me. I mentioned to them that I will return the medication and ask for a refund. They started saying I cannot do it so after several days of phone calls with no follow up from any pharmacy representative I gave up and I decided to use the foam medication. I tried to use the medication (called Enstilar Foam), but the can was/is defective. The can was providing some frozen serendipitous aerosol, but no foam. Today I took 3 hours off of my work time and traveled 90 miles to the pharmacy to get a replacement or refund. The pharmacy manager, Mrs. Lee, told me that she does not see any problem with that can; she said if the can delivers an incomplete spray or aerosols you still can use it! She refused to replace the medication or provide a refund. Almost one month without medication, many hours of work and money wasted - I paid a lot for nothing! Completely unprofessional! read more

I am so impressed with this pharmacy! Our son's Dr recommended them. They helped us get the medication he needed while saving us a ton on our out-of-pocket co-pay. Plus they mailed it overnight..free of charge! read more

This place is terrible. I am 2+ weeks post doctor visit and of the 4 meds prescribed I have received 1. They even delivered that one to the wrong address on our street. There is no follow up unless I call. I have no issue getting prescriptions filled at other pharmacies, but for some reason they cannot get these approved. My neighborhood pharmacy would probably had this taken care of in a day or two, not 2+ weeks. Also, they are only available Monday through Friday where my normal pharmacy is available 7 days a week. Stay away. I bet they have inflated prices for the so-called privilege of doing business with them. read more

This place sucks. They never called me when I was told from my doctor that I will get a call from them in an hour. I had to call them 4 times and every time they said they will call me once they are ready to fill but never did and I had to call them again and then they said they are ready and took my credit card Information but they did not mail that day. It has now been 4 days and they told they will mail tonight and I would be getting it next day but I still have no confidence they will do it. Had a fantastic experience with this pharmacy. My dermatologist recommended using them because they compound my lotion. I was hesitant at first, but the pharmacy staff called me hours after I left my doctor's office. Between my insurance and the available discount, my prescription lotion was $0 out of pocket. The prescription was mailed to my house promptly. Refills were easy with text message requests. It took a couple of days to receive the prescription, but it did not matter to me since I usually takes me a couple of days before I can go by the neighborhood pharmacy store. read more

Dealing with DFW Wellness Pharmacy is a joke. I had to call 4 times; once to confirm my prescriptions, once to give my payment and delivery information (because they need two different employees taking the different information, and you aren't allowed to speak to both of those employees during the same phone call), and once to get the subsequent texting and phone calls to stop (3 texts and 2 phone calls within a span of 5 hours, asking for the information I had already provided them). All of that was yesterday. I called them again today to confirm they indeed had all of my information (because when I called them back yesterday at 6:17 PM, after they blew my phone up, they were closed - even though their phone recording said they closed at 7:00 PM). Today? Well, CSR Could see my credit card and delivery information in their system and said they would charge it and get my prescriptions out. So on top of all of that, they couldn't be bothered to charge my credit card yesterday and send the scripts out even though they had all of my information. And today - still nothing? If I wouldn't have called today to check up on their employees, the prescriptions still wouldn't have gone out. How does this company stay in business? I am going to have to call them again tomorrow to follow up on their employees again. read more

Great costumer service. Very fast and friendly. I've ordered from them several times and every experience has been more than pleasant.

Twice, they have processed a claim for a prescription that I never got filled. I've had them check the price and never filled the prescription and they fail to reverse the claim. I will have to call them to reverse it again so that my insurance doesn't send them a very large check for something I never filled. read more

This place is terrific! About 2 years ago my dermatologist told me about this company and its mail-order option for my obtaining an otherwise expensive drug (for toe-nail fungus) at a very good price. I ordered it several times since then, always with very quick delivery. This last time I ordered (online), a rep from DFW called to tell me that due to a change in the manufacturer's coupon --which they had automatically been applying each time, and for which I was no longer eligible--the drug would cost me $125 instead of $20. She said they would look for alternatives--and they found one. Then by first faxing and then phoning my doctor, they got the new Rx for it and Fed-Ex'd the new drug to me o'nite (in plenty of time for our going on vacation). My co-pay was $2.77 ! [Caveat: This new drug is not a generic (not identical) to the first --because one is not available yet--and it may take longer to work, but I'll go with that in order to save $122 each order.] I appreciate DFW's taking the time to check in with me as to whether I really did want to order what I had ordered, and then to find an alternative. read more
