Jim was behind the counter today and he was fantastic. Helped me out with all kinds of photographic needs as far as printing and then getting me some extra things as well. He's a great employee and deserves a raise. He's the reason I'll come back to this CVS. read more

The pharmacy has excellent service. I have used this CVS for years and appreciate the consistent service and help the pharmacy offers.

I don't have a problem with this store itself but with the frustrating answering message recording and interface while trying to talk to the pharmacy... I hope somebody will see this and address the problems not being able to interface with it . It is by some miracle that I finally get to a real person. read more

We recently took 5 prescriptions to this location for a transfer after failing to complete the transfer at another CVS location in the area. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency our request was handled. The transfer of the scripts and the refills were completed within a day and with a smile. We will continue to frequent this location as our pharmacy of choice. read more

What an incredible location and staff. I needed 5 of my husband's prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. The Park Row location greeted me with a smile, took down the needed information and our transferred prescriptions were available later on during the day. What incredible customer service. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and they make you feel like a valued customer. Even though it's a little bit further from home, I will definitely take the time to drive to this location. read more

Cashier could "not find me in the system" using name, email or phone number.. despite me showing her the email CVS sent to me just 2 hours prior & giving her my phone number...followed by the numbers of every household member that I KNOW have an account. She let a line form behind me while she stared blankly at the screen...doing nothing! Made no attempt to do anything. I walked out without making a purchase. Terrible experience! read more

The pharmacy is horrible. The staff is incompetent and rude. Medication has not been mixed correctly and I now have a new pharmacy.

Awful! My wife had a C section which is obviously very painful. I mentioned this when I dropped off her prescription for pain medication and they said it would be 1 hour. 2 hours later I called for a status and they said she was in line. At the 4 hour mark I picked it up and took it elsewhere. While I was in line one of the workers was talking badly about one of her customers "the lady that keeps griping over there". She was probably griping due to their terrible service, attitude, and absolute lack of regard for the people they are supposed to be serving. read more

I have filled my prescriptions here for year. However, they could not completely fill my last script. So they gave me 30 of the 60. Now they are refusing to fill rest even though their bottle clearly states "30 of 60". Don't trust them with your health! Transferring all meds to Kroger! read more

These people are some of the most hard working you will find. It's a very busy pharmacy and ignorant customers slow things down. Most people come unprepared or treat the pharmacy like its a fast food restaurant thinking they can get their drugs in less than 5 minutes. I absolutely love it here. As busy as they are, they are highly efficient, hard working, and they still remember me by name. read more

Is there a way to give a negative -10 star review! The pharmacy is an unbelievable disorganized poor excuse for a facility ! As well as the store employees! Three months in a row they have made it a horrible experience, full of complication and confusion, to fill a perscription( and this is with a month notice of a new perscription )!!!! Do not trust information when phoning in either! When calling in today, 3rd month in, Destiny put me on a 5 minute hold to check on pharmacy hours, returned to the call to inform me they open at 9am. Once arriving at 9am, the pharmacy was closed, Found Destiny at the from cashier, requested the time again, she yelled over to another employee just to have her confirm 10am. I reminder her of the call only for her to shrug her shoulders!!! This store is beyond a poor review. One can only hope the District Manager will revamp and make corrections!!! read more

Don't go here! There I've warned you. Every single time I go it is a nightmare. I get a monthly prescription and went here for it for the first three months. Every time I went the price would change, always up. The last time I went I was sick as a dog with a bad stomach bug. I couldn't keep anything down and was severely dehydrated. I got a prescription to help with the nausea which I needed ASAP. They told me it would be ready in an hour, which is fine I could do that. I drive there sick as a dog and they tell me that they don't have any prescriptions for me! The exact same lady that told me it would be and hour is telling me this! After five minutes of trying to convince her to look for it she finds it and tells me it will be an hour! I told her I ain't got an hour!! So I wait in my car for 20 minutes like she says it will take. Pull in the drive thru again, get to the window, she tells me it will be 10 more minutes. That is just one bad experience, every time I go it is a horrible horrible experience. They never can find my name, they never have my insurance on record, they never got it from the doctors office, just don't go. Go to the Walmarket Pharmacy on 303 and Bowen. They aren't 100% awesome but they can actually do their jobs. read more

I just picked up 3 prescriptions, and it will be the last time I use this pharmacy. After waiting at the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I found that one of the meds I had come to pick up cost $105 more than it did at Walgreen's last month. The tech had to get assistance from the pharmacist to give back the Rx, and she was rude to the point of being hostile about having to go through the process to give it back. She suggested my insurance had been canceled or that Walgreen's had made a mistake. When I said that wasn't the case, she threw her arms up and said "well, its impossible for me to believe you" I ended up paying the extra $100 because when they finally gave back the script it was covered in so much writing, white-out, and address labels used as white-out that I was afraid Walgreen's wouldn't accept it. The female pharmacist with short hair and glasses on duty at 6pm on 7/18/14 needs additional training to say the least. I've never seen a "professional" act less professional. read more
