Also took 3 months to deliver a microwave, and don't even bother paying for installation. Their guys essentially unbox and leave the mess for you. Oh and on top of their unprofessionalism, they will blame all their mistakes on you even though you have digital receipts and proof that show otherwise. So when they know that they'll ghost you. Honestly, as a woman each and every time I worked with a male associate he spoke to me in a demeaning way, assumed I know nothing, was disrespectful and then gaslights you to say it was what you wanted. Stay away from this inept boys club.

He was ver nice, professional, and attentive. When he saw there was an item (battery charger) missing from the box, he went and spoke to Chalize and she took off an additional $400. Chalize was informative, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions clearly and to my satisfaction. Since I currently live out of the country, that helped to allay my fears and concerns.
