They were the 2nd ones to check it . The 1st company charged me over $850. and told me it was repaired. It wasn't, after $850. They decided I needed a new unit. I did get a new unit at a lower cost. They were to cut up a huge fallen tree and move a cement part of the walkway back in its place after the tree root was removed. They invoiced me and I immediately paid in full. They ghosted me for days....finally popping back up and texted 2 random photos that did not address the walkway piece. I have called, texted and emailed For about 2 weeks now... and they have NOT reached back out. We never had any negative interactions and they were paid immediate what they requested. But they have offered zero follow through and have refused to answer any of my questions regarding the job I paid for. Yet they are posting on Facebook to solicit new customers.
