Not giving me a heads up to call someone to cap the boiler flue? I didn't know this until I went up to the rooftop to check out the situation myself, because a storm was coming through and when I looked at the chimney from ground level it looked wrong. This could have been a disaster if I didn't catch it and called another company who was available to come by and cap the flue. Not sure what these guys are doing, but seems sketchy to me. Calls to them to find out if they were coming were unanswered and there was no way to leave a voicemail. When they did finally show up - they cleaned the dryer vent and said I was all set. The ugly - The first time using the dryer following the cleaning, the dryer would stop and gave an error that there was blockage. Had to call them to come back out. They did not show up the day they said, and again calls to them went unanswered. Got a hold of them 2 days after they said they'd come back. They did come that evening and pulled a giant wad of dust out of the vent that they had already cleaned. So long story short, my dryer was left in a state that could have started a house fire. For this reason alone, I will be choosing a different company in the future.
