The employees are very nice but the owner is rude, dismissive, sarcastic, condescending and just…read morenasty. Very poor communications. Poor customer service. Don't show up for appointments and don't have the decency to call and explain. I had a certain expectation of how my driveway would be paved. I reiterated this many times with each employee. Joe doesn't bother to tell me it wasn't doable until after I paid, and the job was completed. I'm pretty reasonable as long as people are honest and communicate well up front. They broke the neighbors driveway. I realize it was a accident but couldn't be bothered to tell me or the neighbor. Joe tried to insist it was already broken. Good thing I had the real truth on my Ring camera. If You question Joe, expect to get yelled at! He is not a nice man and I don't put up with that treatment.
