First, a pocket door required disassembly of old wall and trim for reuse plus staining. Next, the specialty order door was a laundry entrance solid door again stained but needed quite unique fitting for frame, handle and hinges. This did not stop Rob from completing the work. He's a veteran, so he needs to keep going and doing this fantastic work. There is never a dull time with Rob doing your job. Thank you Rob and I'll always recommend you for similar types of work.

Absolute disaster…read more Terrible communication from start to finish. No initial walkaround to establish expectations. No final check out before leaving the job site. Contractor canceled the majority of the work due to lack of 'acceptable' supplies, without my knowledge or consent. The contract should not have been proposed if work could not be completed as promised. Major work was left unfinished (installation of smart thermostat) but still charged for the work on the final bill. Repairs promised as not-noticeable upon completion look absolutely terrible (see photos). My son and I had to help install/mount my 77" TV because only one contractor showed up for the entire $2500 job over the course of four days. This project seemed to be a complete afterthought for Girls 'N Tools. Would not recommend (even for small jobs/maintenance) under any circumstances, whatsoever.

Others were out of range or too busy at that time, which they stated in the emails. All were "Yelp Guaranteed" including TopTier LLC. who had at that time 10-15 positive reviews. I see now that TopTier has a 1-star review that wasn't there when I hired him, and I don't see any of the previous reviews (odd). He came out measured gave suggestions and seemed competent enough. I decided on him out of 4 others, signed a contract and he asked for a $2,000 downpayment for supplies on May 29th. He claimed he purchased 3 Anderson windows, but I never saw them. Blew off the 30-day contract he had signed to do the work and then ghosted me. STEER CLEAR OF GARY FORD under any business name.
