Despite coming to our home and taking room measurements, we could not get a quote from this contractor for months. The urine smell in the house was a daily nightmare, we just wanted this done! Frustrated, I found Ben's company online and sent him a message about needing a quote for the LVP install. To my surprise, he responded immediately and was able to come out within a couple of days to see the floors and take measurements. Better yet, he got us a quote the SAME night. I wish I had found him sooner. Since then, it's been an absolute pleasure working with him. We had some unforeseen delays on our end (nothing to do with Ben) before we could have him come install the flooring, and during that time Ben was very communicative and quickly answered any questions or updates I texted him.
