Funny that a place that supposed to help you with things related to reputation cares so less about their service to get a negative review and hurt their reputation. We had a situation with a fake review posted on our business online yelp page and we called this agency to help after finding them online. After 3 calls where we were not transferred we just called and clicked a random number and got someone, gave all the information and was waiting for a response. 4 days go by and I call again and she said "oh no one got back to you" and then said she has the answer for me, a consultation would be $850!!! $850 for a consultation is ridiculous ! especially when I don't even know if they can help my issue and that is what I kept asking, if they deal with these situations!
