One of the worse places ever to receive a package from. Every time I have something shipped from here there's always a problem. I wouldn't say DHL as a whole but the Norwalk location has terrible customer service. You can not get in contact with them and the delivery is never on time. Stayed home all day just for them to lie about delivery and take the package (my kids Christmas gifts) back for them to not deliver until 2 days later. I'd rather use Amazon/USPS any day. read more

If you need anything shipped internationally this is the place. They are experts in the intricacies involved in worldwide shopping i.e. restrictions and laws. Service is top notch. Way better than UPS or USPS. read more

Went to ship my international package today and the lady at the counter was very rude and standoffish. Giving me attitude when asking simple questions, groaning when she had to open the package for inspection and told me next time "don't use a box", so....what else should I place my package in? Yet again, DHL messed up. They claim to have delivered my package. I sent them proof that it was not delivered. All they want to do is pass the buck. No one will take responsibility. Do not use dhl . Had a package to be delivered to Israel . They billed me for the package that never got delivered and billed me to send it back. Nothing against any location just the entire outfit ! read more

DHL is the worst shipper. This has nothing to do with this local store but DHL in general & internationally. They got my package stuck in the shipping process & its 11 days later with no movement. Then they give you false information so you can't fix the problem then they recommend going to outside help to get it fixed. How horrible can they be? I don't have any faith my package will get through so my paid for item is lost. They are really awful. I'd recommend FedEx because DHL is constantly causing problems. This is my 3rd failure with them. Never again. read more

Unfortunately some users have no other options sending packages out side US. The drivers don't leave note in your door if they come around and the customer have to go to pick up package for their deficient services. Norwalk CT is far away from Bridgeport but unfortunately we don't have other option but go to their location and pick up instead to be waiting for nothing. Make yourself a favor and use, FEDEX, USPS or UPS and avoid problems if you have a choice. read more

I ordered my wedding dress on line from a company in China. It was delivered to DHLin 8/24/19 in Cincinnati Hub Ohio. It was cleared on the 25th. On the 26th left Cincinnati to Rochester NY. My tracking said it was on hold in Rochester for address info. I called them and gave them my New York address, they had my address as Horsham PA. I received a text yesterday that my wedding dress was out for delivery. At 6:53 my tracking states it was delivery in PA. Called today 8/28 and was told they will but in a recovery and have it re-covered and re-shipped to me. If they can't recover it then they will put in for a refund. Very nice since I couldn't find a simple dress in the style I was looking for and price range here in NY. In line it was exactly what I was looking for and if I need to re-order it will come AFTER my wedding date. Thank you DHL for my wedding gift -- screwing up my delivery and giving me a panic attack, I truly needed this right now. read more

Lost my package last year right before Christmas. This year, they lost it again and won't respond to me. If i could have chosen to not ship through dhl, i would have. Unfortunately, the business i bought from, speed with them. Thanks for the terrible service. read more
