She told the front desk to tell the lady that it will take her another 20 minutes because she still has to do the polkadot designs. This is at 12:10 PM. Mind you I came in at 11 to get started on my nails. Lisa then starts rushing on my nails messes up a FEW polkadots and uses the nail file and messed up another nail. She expected me to pay $100 of rushed work and walk away. She then started to call me names and say I'm very picky and that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and that no one at the establishment wants to do my nails. I have been going there for over seven years. I've only had about two or three nail techs and they have all left the establishment. She is very rude and will do sloppy work when she is feeling rushed and will tell you that you are too picky. I save lives for a living and all you have to do is do my nails correctly and I'm picky? It's such an insult. Especially after giving these people hundreds /thousands of dollars over the years. I highly suggest you guys start reconsidering coming to this establishment because it has greatly changed over the years. The only person that I trust on the nail side is Natalie. She does amazing pedicures and she will always make sure that it is done to your liking. Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. Scheduling with independent lash technicians became difficult for me because of scheduling conflict. They're open everyday. I've been to a couple of techs and when I read that they used a special glue, I was surprised because I had never heard of it. When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.
