Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, especially because I have had excellent experiences at the Torrance location. Since leaving my appointment, my right eye has been burning and extremely sore, and it continues to feel like there is something--almost like a hair--in my eye. The pain and irritation have been significant enough that I may need to see a doctor to make sure my eye has not been injured or damaged by the glue. I also noticed that left eye is significantly larger than the other, and the overall application does not look the way I expected. I may now have to have the extensions removed because of the amount of pain and irritation I am experiencing. I have gone to the Torrance location before and have never had this problem. Christine has always done an excellent job, and the staff there have been professional and caring. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience at the Carson location. I am extremely disappointed because I trusted the service to be done safely and professionally. Because of the pain I am experiencing in my right eye, I will not be returning to the Carson location. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into what happened during my appointment

The salon is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Best of all, there is rarely a long wait, which I really appreciate. What sets this salon apart is their honesty and customer care. When I first came in, they were upfront about the condition of my nails and explained that the style I wanted at the time would not last because of the health of my nail bed. Instead of just taking my money, they recommended what would be best for my nails and helped me get them healthy again. That level of professionalism is hard to find. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the staff consistently does amazing work. Most recently, I brought my 2-year-old daughter, Kehlani, in for a manicure and pedicure. As you can imagine, getting a toddler to sit still long enough for her nails to dry was not easy! Bebe Lash is not my regular studio, but I go there when my girl is unavailable or out of town. I have gone to Ashley before and she has done a good job. When I arrived for my appointment, Ashley was not there. Another lady named Helen said she was going to do my lashes and was covering for Ashley. At that point, I really didn't have any choice because I'm traveling and I didn't have another time to try to book the appointment so I went ahead and let Helen do my lashes. I did express that I wasn't fully comfortable, but I really just didn't have a choice at that point. She was very sweet and tried her best but burned one of my eyes very badly. We had to flush it out and put drops and then I was OK. She also at one point pulled one of my lashes out of my eye, and I physically winced and gasped. I was nervous the whole time, especially after that. I actually liked the way the lashes came out so I tried to just accept it and feel better, but they were falling off rapidly by the time I got home. Many fell off last night and this morning. I'm going on a trip so hopefully enough will stay that I don't have sparse spots or look crazy. If Ashley was not able to make my appointment, the least they could've done was let me know beforehand so I could've made a decision to either go there or not. Putting me in a position to go with a tech I didn't know who has zero reviews on their yelp was not fair and I won't be returning to Bebe lash.
