The lash technicians are expertly trained by the owner who is also excellent and very kind. They do have a policy of pay before your service and that's because of the few bad apples that mess it up for everyone else. I have history of getting allergic reactions to eyelash glue but since this is a new place, I tried it. I had my hybrid/ classic lashes done by Tommy, sadly I got an allergic reaction again. Alanis and Tommy has been gracious to take it out for free and requested me to comeback to have it redone by using a different glue for super sensitive one-- completely free as well! I came back two days after, although I had mild irritation for about a day or two, it worked out eventually.
