Tried to charge me $768 to repair. Brand new device is $500, swapping out the main body is $180, or the repair kit is $80. I questioned his pricing on repairing back flow preventer. He would not be transparent and itemize the charge. I asked why I would spend $768 when I can buy a brand new one for $500. He got offended, said he would do the work himself if in my shoes and then refused to do the new drip line, the only thing I called for. Total waste of time and money. Not happy. Avoid.
