While I wasn't able to look around the entire library, it was very clean and welcoming. The staff was okay, but I did not have much interaction with them as I was focused on our baby. The parking lot is a bit small for the events they hold, so it's possible you'll need to park down the end of the adjacent park if you get there a little late. But all in all, it was a lovely visit. We do plan to go back again, I'd like to personally go when there are no events to see how quiet would be for studying.

It is bright and airy, very spacious with many rooms such as a homework center, a technology lab, a teen center, and an Arts and Science Discovery Center. That's why it's called a Library and Learning Center. It even has its own bookstore run by the volunteers Friends of the Library and they have a large selection of gently used books. Having been in many of the libraries in the Bay Area and as a parent, I think this is one of the best libraries around.

Much appreciated for that very reason. And some of the books these days are upping their game with gorgeous covers and internal pages, well, that makes browsing and buying physical book more compelling than ever. Busy shopping center so while the parking lot is large, getting a spot at peak times may be a short walk to where you are headed. That said, this is a vibrant and living area. The bookstore benefits from that with many fellow book lovers seeking out their next loved story. What goes great with a new book? Coffee or tea! Maybe a treat as well.
