Literally just had the most amazing first experience at a Japanese headspa. My friend discovered…read morethis place through TikTok and we were so happy that our treatment lived up to the hype!!! Upon entering you're warmly greeted with luxurious aromatherapy and a super clean and modern atmosphere. The reception swaps your shoes out and provides these comfy foam slippers to walk around the spa with. We booked a room for two for just the headspa service, which was nicely lit and smelled amazing with relaxing music. Lily and Tina serviced us, these ladies gave such a wonderful massage and scalp treatment and treated us like royalty. Usually I get pretty anxious and tense when I'm approached with unfamiliar physical contact but they both did an amazing job at setting a relaxing tone. I literally almost fell asleep (and I'm usually ALWAYS on high alert/tense) because it felt so good. THEY WERE GETTING UP IN THERE. Ever heard of that tiktok audio "FUHHH U DIGGIN IN MEEE"? lmao thats literally what kept replaying in my head as she worked my scalp. Everything from the robes, blankets, bed, and products were a 10/10 it was so easy to lose track of time. My friend and I both agreed that hour went by so quick lol! My hair looks and feels amazing after the final blow dry; they used dysons so it wasn't overly hot or loud. Also bonus points for the little snacks and drinks they provided, so cute. Pricing was a breeze and I definitely felt like we got a great deal. They are a new spa however so I'm expecting prices to increase over time but even still now is definitely a great time to book for the value! They also offer other services like a full body massage, foot massage, facials, and RMT massage (double the price because they are licensed massage therapists). Will 100000% be returning and recommending to everyone! TIPS: 1: Parking and entrance is at the VERY BACK of the building. 2: Bring cash!! It's not required (they take tap to pay and card) but it will save you 10% off your total. They have an ATM if you want to pull money. 3: You have the option to receive a headspa treatment with their brand new massage beds for the same price as being on a normal massage bed, but they are very popular and first come first serve so the receptionist recommended calling ahead of time.

I decided to try Fans Head Spa again after I wasn't completely satisfied during my first visit. I…read morehave to say this time, I was very happy with the service from beginning to end. The lady who I had today for my head spa was Linda. She was very friendly and gave exceptional service. The head massage was very relaxing and I liked how I had the room to myself. The head massage starts with some aromatherapy and deep breathing followed by the head massage. They then wash your hair twice, condition, and rinse it off. Afterwards, you get a shoulder massage. Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I noticed on their website that they mention you might be sharing a room. However, if you don't want to share a room you just have to mention it in your booking. Good to know since I wasn't aware the first time around. Linda made my spa visit very enjoyable that I will definitely book with her in the near future.

I had checked out his Facebook page and was very impressed with his talent. I'm so happy with my new hair and have already rebooked to keep it looking great. The salon is very clean and upscale looking but the staff are all so warm and welcoming - from reception to the stylists! It was the best experience and I'm looking forward to returning! I've already had a ton of compliments!

Highly reccomend for amazing quality haircuts, color, and more!…read more I wanted to dye my hair a different color. Originally, i had like 3-5 different hair salons to choose including Fortelli. I narrowed down based on the best reviews possible and the nearest location. I ended up picking this place! I was able to get a consultation and drove by. The place look amazing! Everyone was so nice. They offered some hot tea or coffee to drink if i needed but i was okay. It was sweet of them though! Before i did the hair coloring session, i had to pay a deposit to ensure my spot for the day then when i'm done completely, i pay the remaining amount. I forgot whom i spoke to but i wanted an ash brown balayage. The lady said my hair is too long and dry and probably would cost anywhere near $600+. She suggested i go for a dark caramel brown since if we go for ash brown, it might take two session. My hair inspiration picture was a little lighter so i agreed and went with the hairstylist's idea. We set out the price as $400+ instead since i had a conversation with my mom and we mutually agreed i'd have my hair cut before we do the actual process. I wasn't sure if i'm allergic to any of the hair products they use including the bleach involved. She kindly put some of the bleach on my arm and said if i don't feel any reaction then i'm good, if so, i'd have to call her to let her know. I didn't have reaction, it was good to go. The hair process took about 4-6 hours. We did the bleaching session, which was an hour (i think). The shampoo and conditioner, was just few minutes. After that, we then put the color in and let it rest before we wash that out. It was such a crazy experience to see my color going from black to light blonde for the bleaching part! The hairstylist blowdried and curled my hair. It looked amazing! I find the price quite expensive but it was worth it! I gave her tip as well before leaving the place. My balayaged hair lasted almost 2 years. There was no orange strands which some people did went through when having colored hair, i didn't get it! I was able to wash normally as i would. Otherwise, lovely experience! PS: this happened in 2019 before covid!
