I went out of my way to get there earlier to accommodate them, trying to be considerate as it was Friday night and I was probably the last appointment. The girl who worked on me was a smoker and her hands smelt like second hand smoke. If you read the instructions they ask you to wash your hair, etc before the appointment I imagine for hygienic reasons. I spent the duration of my appointment inhaling the smell of second hand smoke. Not so pleasant. She worked on my right eye which took quite awhile but when she worked on my left eye, the amount of time spent was so fast. When she finished, she gave me the mirror and it was completely noticeable that the eyelashes were uneven. My left side did not match the right side. I asked her if it looked like it didn't match and she said she used the same size eyelashes on each eye. But she sat me down again and added some longer eyelashes to the left eye. It helped a bit but I still didn't feel like it looked good or even. Anyways, seems like she was in a rush to leave. Her friend was waiting outside and she was on her phone texting while I was paying. I went to work on Monday and my coworkers told me it was horrible before I said anything at all. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as I went to a different place after, that is more expensive and further (super unfortunate because I live so close to Fabulash) but they had exceptional customer service skills and made sure their customer was satisfied. Update in response to Fabulash: I've attached a picture of my appointment confirmation. My appointment was on July 20 but I didn't write a review until Sept; as you mentioned in DM that you only checked back 3 weeks for a Melissa C in your system. This isn't a fake review. The more first experience was interesting as I wasn't used to lashes weighing down my eyes, once I got used to it the maintenance and care became a little too much for me and my busy schedule. When I first approached Fabulash I had already had a lash tint done at another salon. When I was in for the appointment I got to talking to the lash technician Brittney, I told her about my past experiences and she recommended a lash lift with my tint so I went for it. I think the total experience was around an hour or so. And let me say it was totally worth it! My first lash tint only lasted two weeks, Fabulash's tint and lift lasted about a month and a half! Brittney was very patient and knowledgeable, she answered all of my question and more. I was really impressed because she honestly told me the tints/lifts typically only last two-three weeks but mine lasted way longer. You can really tell that Brittney really cares about her clients and knows her stuff. The salon is convenient and welcoming, on top of everything Brittney let me take as much candy as I wanted from her candy bowl. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a lift/tint. Brittney is your girl! Note: The salon is on the third floor of the building so just be prepared to climb.

I gave the beauty house lash girl my lash measurements and hoped for the best. When I opened my eyes, omg I was so shocked- it was not not not what I had in mind. I don't know how each lash artist interprets the lash measurements, but it was not my look. Fine, she was young and maybe she had a style. (I'm in my 40s, and she did not ask me what I was looking for either- but I didn't know you could interpret measurements and how they look). The lashes were so long and crazy looking. When I got home I took a closer look and the lashes were also thick and cheap looking, and there was globs of glue everywhere. She was also finished in less than an hour- totally unheard of for a full set and for doing such a bad job. This is not the job of a top lash artist. They also charge by the minutes it takes to do a relash- but if you don't know how to do the lashing properly, how can you try to be so fast? I say take it slow and do the job right!! I had my lashes removed by a lash girl I have in the interim- she's pretty good. I'm still in search of my next lash girl. I don't recommend the beauty house. It's not up to the level they should be for promoting lash extensions as their main business. They need to improve a lot, or charge a lot less for their skill set.

I checked her website and liked the fact that "Girls'n Lashes" was not a salon, but ONLY specialized in lashes! Natalia has a passion for ONLY eyelash extensions. I purchased a Groupon for a full set plus a fill in. I called her and she quickly called me back and we easily made the appointment for my first set of full lashes. I was quite eager to get in, as most women would understand, losing your hair can be distressing, and I was booked in, no problem, and my fill in was booked 2 weeks later. Natalia was not only beautiful, (not that that should matter), but kind, courteous, polite, friendly and professional. She was very sympathetic and understanding about my hair loss and was certain that she could help me. "Girls'n Lashes" was clean and cute and just perfect. Natalia kindly explained what the experience would be like and feel like, being a first timer. She provided such a relaxing environment with quiet and calming music. She was so very gentle with the application of the lashes. She has such a gentle touch! I even think I may have fallen asleep at one point I was that relaxed! (You lay down with your eyes closed during the entire application process). The full set came with I think 40 or 50 lashes per eye and she said I could buy extra if I wanted them. But when I got up to look in the mirror, I had a BEAUTIFUL set of gorgeous, full, natural looking lashes!!! I did not need to purchase any more!! She even put the extra ones on the end that are supposed to be called "wing-tips" that make you look extra flirty when you bat your eyelashes!! They are stunning!!! And with THESE LASHES you don't even NEED to wear mascara!!! Please understand ladies who are all reading this and possible customers of "Girls'n Lashes" and of Natalia, they are not the oversized, "spider" looking, false looking lashes! They look like your own! She chooses the right size and shape for you and won't go pass a certain length that is unnatural looking for you! This wonderful girl has standards for her business!! I have travelled for the summer only to come back and see they have been charging my credit card all summer for $146.00 for a service I do not use and canceled 2 days after. Thats $600.00! Horrible! Fraud and completely wrong that they charge you when you do use the service. Even after I called and canceled. I called the owner NOAH today and he refused to give me back my money. Beware. Karma will come back to them. For every dollar you rip off a customer it will come back to 10times!

One thing I do love is that they do customize the design to what you like... cat eye (more glam and winged), doll eye (more centred and more natural)... and then you have the option of full sets and partials as well. Yana did my lashes, and she was super attentive to what I wanted and the lashes came out fluffy and full-- she was also super fast which means she knows how to put together the lashes quickly with experience. However, normally my local lash artist usually can tell what kind of curl and length my lashes are, but Yana wasn't able to so the lashes didn't match the current curl to the ones I had. But I should have also mentioned they were D curls instead of C curls. Anyway-- it still looked fabulous.

The original reason for leaving Keiko was because she was getting more busy and the job got a tad sloppier, although for the price she was definitely more affordable. I tried the 3D volume lashes here at Divine lashes and had them for 3 weeks before I had a refill. They stayed on great and lash separation was amazing, (sometimes stylists clump two lashes together). If you take care of them properly(wash them, comb, blow dry cool) they'll last you a lot longer. I opt to go for the natural flair with C curl. My stylist was great, we have a consultation first and she explained to me my maximum length (30% more than my original lashes) would provide me with the longest wear. She was very carefully in understand what look I wanted and told me we could keep changing it as we go on, which I did upon my refill. I decided to try the D curl this time, which was more curly and made my eyes pop more. The facility is small, but clean, and professional. The little things I notice them do that drives them over the top for me is that they carefully clean your lashes before application, provide you with eyelash soap, and keep track of your eyelash status. I typically have more lashes on my right eye and she would try to match it up with my left so that both sides looked even.I highly recommend coming here if your budget allows for it.
