She told the receptionist that she called the number on the reservation that morning and said they couldn't honor our appt. She then began to go on with another co-worker as they discussed why would anyone wait until the final day to file. You're company handles taxes!!!! Are you kidding me? You have appts listed as available for the final day, call the people an hour before the appt to say you're not honoring it on a voice message? We're both corporate employees and when we leave work, work isn't getting done but that's obviously not a problem with your company because if there's work, just don't honor it and you've got an easy Monday. In the US this year, there were a record number of people that filed for tax extensions, we didn't. We scheduled an available appt to pay your company $250 to file our taxes before the deadline. That's $250 you won't ever get from us and anyone else that asks me for a referral.
