I live out of state so I made the appointment two weeks prior for when I would be in town for his funeral. They whole thing seemed pretty vague. They said they'd come Friday between 9am-5pm. I only had 3 days to try and wrap things up before going back home, but waited all day at the house for them to arrive. Around 4:45pm I called and was informed they had decided to reschedule for the following Friday. That won't work, I won't be here!! SO FRUSTRATING!! So I'll take it to the UPS store myself... The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!
