I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

They blame the weather - however we are now 4 months in with NO work and NO CALL BACKS. BEWARE as we are filing theft charges as well as have notified the DPBR and Florida Attorney General. My was crystal clear, with a few leaves at the bottom, which he was kind of enough to vacuum out. He was to return on Thursday the 28th to replace the sand in the filter, and put on a new valve, for an addition $85 which I paid on March 26th. Thursday March the 28 he came but do not complete the job, said he did not have everything he needed. Friday March 29th, he came still did not complete the job, stated he forget to bring a pump to remove the water from the filter to replace the said. Saturday March 30th, he text stated he would come in the afternoon, because he forgot he was to go to his grandson birthday party. Needless to say he did not show. Monday April 1st, I texted him to inquire of the time that he would be here. He response via text was that his mother was in the hospital, she broke her hip at said birthday. But he would send his son to finish putting the filter. back together. Well that did not happen. Tuesday April 2nd my calls and texts went unanswered by Doug Wednesday April 3rd could not get the pump together to but he did clean the vacuum the pool. Thursday April 4th Doug put the pump back together. Friday April 5th When the pump came on via timer. I noticed it was making noise. Upon checking I find the pipes filter and pump were linking. I cut the pump off, because I did not want it to blow up, the pump motor is 2 months old. Thursday April 11th, when he did come I informed of the links which he stated he would correct, he took pump about again, but you got it; he did not have the correct equipment to take of the problem so he said he would return the next day. Friday April 12th Doug no call/no show Saturday April 13th Doug no call /no show I have gotten nothing but excuse from Doug. The pump taken apart and he has not returned. another no call/no show So Doug Adam will be have a meeting in small claim court.
