In April of this year, I booked and paid for a detailing appointment for May. Alex reached out to…read morelet me know they'd had a conflict and needed to reschedule - no problem. Unfortunately before the appointment, I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. I gave two weeks' notice, and Alex explicitly told me rescheduling would be "no problem" and to let them know when I wanted to rebook. When I reached out to reschedule June 7th, I received no response. I reached out again on June 16, no response. I tried calling their listed number, and it doesn't accept incoming calls. What concerns me most is that when I contacted them pretending to be a new customer on June 18, they responded immediately and were happy to book me for July 4. The moment I mentioned that I had already prepaid for a previous appointment and needed to apply that payment, communication stopped completely. When I emailed to finally get a refund, Alex claimed the staff had been away, despite being in contact with someone two days before sending the email. I remained polite and patient throughout this entire process, but being ignored after payment while new inquiries are answered promptly is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable having this business near my vehicle or home and am pursuing a refund through my credit card issuer. The refund Alex assured me was coming still has not been issued. Very disappointing experience.
