I used the diamond center to plate my ring. My white gold engagement ring had turned yellow gold. They were able to dip my ring and make it the beautiful again! The jeweler cleaned the diamond for me too! What a difference it made! I told Cory it was more sparkly than when I received it from my fiancé. Almost looked like a different ring due to the sparkle. I expected them to need to keep my ring overnight or for awhile. Cory was able to have it completed in 2 hours while I was in town being fitted for my wedding dress. We had a big ice storm on the way and he didn't want me to be without my ring too long. This was awesome! My ring was not purchased from the Diamond Center but the staff treated me like I was a frequent customer. They were so kind. The Diamond Center staff is extremely helpful and caring. Very personal, welcoming atmosphere with no pushy salesmanship. I went to get a link taken out of a watch. The staff was courteous and very professional. It cost $13.50 to get as many links as I needed taken out. The gentleman did accidentally miss a pin hole while reinserting a pin. I took it back the next day. They apologized and fixed it. I was even shown how to remove and reinsert the pin. The lady was by herself, so she did the repairs out front so she could keep an eye on the store. Now I could do it myself. The learned skill was well worth the return trip to the store. read more

I took a watch to have the band replaced. I already had the new band. They were so nice and professional. Ended up not charging me to replace it. Great people. Recommend them over any of the major retail jewelers in the Ft Smith area. read more

After spending thousands of dollars here over the past 15 years, with numerous recommendations to friends, I will NO longer be shopping or doing business here. I brought a custom designed ring in to be sized and any repairs needed on December 5th. I was given an initial estimate for sizing only, as until their jeweler looked at it, they wouldn't know if further work would be needed. I was given a ready date of December 16th, and informed that someone would be calling within the next 2 days to inform me of additional repair needs and costs. I was not called until December 12th. At that time I was told the cost for the work needed would be 108.00 dollars, and that the ring would be ready for pick up on th he 16th. I went to pick up my ring in the late afternoon on the 16th, only to find out the ring was NOT in the store, and that it wouldn't be there until later. When I went to pick up the ring on the 18th, they charged me 247.00 dollars!!! I said how was that possible when the cost I was quoted was 108.00 dollars. It was at that point I was told that the total was 108.00 for repairs plus 60.00 for the sizing. I'm not complaining about the quality of the work, or even about the cost as much as I am frustrated by the lack of accurate information being given to the customer. They also have a VERY high turnover rate among their employees as lately I NEVER see the same face twice. I will be finding another jeweler to use in the future for purchases and repairs. read more
