Absolutely a recommend for me. This was actually my first time in this establishment and I found all three members of the staff that I dealt with to be polite, courteous and professional from the moment we walked in the door, until the moment we left. Kevin was the one we primarily dealt with. Kevin was very nice and helpful in explaining the entire procedure and what to expect, all while being EXTREMELY professional . He spoke slow and clearly in his explanation of how to take care of the new piercing and assured us that if by some chance there was an issue with it later, to just call him or come visit and he would take care of the problem himself. He even set us straight on a few misconceptions we had about our piercing from things we had read on the internet. Very clean and professional! I don't have a lot of piercings and I came here to get my helix, Kevin (and rest of the staff) was very friendly and did a good job of explaining all the should and should nots with a new piercing. A little more on the expensive side compared to some places I've seen but here you definitely pay for quality! Good jewelry selection. They keep everything super clean especially with Covid. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I walked in quite nervously to get my ears pierced and everyone there put me at ease immediately! Everything was impeccably clean... they even had me wash my hands before touching anything in the shop. They made sure I was fully aware & equipped for proper aftercare. Kevin, my piercer, was super friendly and reassuring. As mentioned in previous reviews, they are a little on the expensive side, however, it was 100% worth it. I've had my ears pierced in the past at a different place for far cheaper- not only were they uneven, but I was never given proper aftercare instructions & the piercings got infected. I got a daith piercing with them. They did an excellent job. The gentleman explained every single step of the process before & during the piercing. I was super scared but the gentleman made sure that I was fine with everything before he proceeded. Kevin was the best! I went to Beeline in Fayetteville (don't go within 5 yards of that place, y'all) to get my nose pierced and they messed it up! So I went to Hanging City, and Kevin was super understanding and fixed Beelines mistake. It's pricey, but if you're looking for excellent quality, this is the place to go for piercings!!! read more
