The owner came out immediately and spoke to us in an extremely hostile and disrespectful manner, repeatedly stating this was private property. When my father explained he was just showing his daughter the location, the owner responded with, "Who is she?" in a very dismissive tone. There is a way to enforce rules without being rude. There have been multiple instances where while bringing in groceries for her while I vist, where he has verbally yelled and harrassed me including making threats because she is unable to bring the garbage can up a steep hill and to the end up the driveway. Most weeks when I dont have time to run over to her house, she gets the garbage can a few feet away from the sidewalk.
