They failed to call me to tell me the car was ready after they "finished" it & didn't even hook up the subs. They called me at the close of business yesterday to tell me it was ready and said "they forgot to call". Since they were closed, we had to leave the car overnight and pick it up the following morning. So today we go to pick it up.. Not only were the subs not hooked up, but someone hit the car & also knocked the back bumper out of place. Mind you, we just paid well over 1,000$ to get the whole car repainted. When we called them, they were very unprofessional and nonchalant. They basically told us, "oh well" & they didn't have cameras. Also, forgot to mention they still made us pay even though they did absolutely nothing to the subs. If they foresaw an issue, they should have called. We would have gladly took the car elsewhere.
