Independently, the local Audi dealer uses and recommended them without my asking. I made an appointment and left the car for two days. Tint looks great and the hood film is downright invisible. If I trust Oasis with my baby, anyone should be able to do the same!

They did a good job with the tinting. Everything was cleaned up afterward and the job was done on time. There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

I'm rating 2 stars because of the following: - For my first visit, I arrived at open at 10am and the lady first stated they'd be done at 1pm. It took until 2:30pm. I had to rush to meet my appointment at 3pm. So it takes a very long time. - they placed a sticker on my inside door that left residue. I wish they had just told me not to roll my windows down instead. - They screwed up my back 2 windows, the back 2 quarter windows, and the big rear window had a bubble at the bottom. - I came in two weeks later to have the bubbles fixed and they weren't able to fix it. So I set up an appointment at 11am to come back a week later. - I got here at 11:02am and the lady said there was a car in front of mine (no big deal honestly it was 15 min from being done) but she said there was a charger on a "rush order" so it's gonna get started on first... what does that mean? I had an appointment setup and the work didn't even start until 45min after I arrived. - They worked simultaneously on both but started on the charger first, even though this is the THIRD time I'm here to have my windows tinted properly. - my car has Bluetooth and I realized my I could connect to it. I don't know how long it had been on... I went out and asked about why my car was on and they were saying they didn't want to run down the battery because they have to roll the windows up and down. Ok, but it's not like you are constantly running them up and down, the battery could handle it. Let's be real, y'all wanted to blast the AC with no care for how much gas or refrigerant you're wasting. - if I'm paying $262 for tint I expect it to take 1 visit not 3. - I learned the lady at the desk has no idea as to how long it will take and overloads the morning by telling everyone to come in at 10am. - I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star because they did try to fix it on my second visit almost immediately when I arrived. Overall, this has cost a lot of money, time, and effort to get this done. I'll be going to other 3M certified dealers for all my future fixes.
