We just wasted our entire morning with nothing to show for it! We had a 9:00 appointment to have our windows tinted was told we would be called when it was ready. The process would take a couple of hours. Not living in Cleveland we had to kill time in a separate vehicle which we were prepared to do. After not hearing anything by 12 we went back to find our car still sitting in the same spot not touched and the person that came in behind us car in the garage almost finished. Extremely unprofessional and lack of consideration of our time. We will be taking our businesses somewhere else. read more

They did an excellent job too. They use Llumar Company for tinting windows here. I am very happy with the work they did as my truck looks great. I called early this morning for an appointment for tinting my two front windows and the woman said she could do it at 4 pm this evening. She also told me it will take less 30 minutes to do the job. Well, it took maybe 15 to 20 minutes and that did include driving my truck into the garage, the shop doing the work (her) and me paying. read more

I've had 6 or 7 vehicles tinted here and one curved boat windshield. The quality of there work and quality of material is second to none. They offer a great warranty on there work and I have yet to have anything ever mess up. This is the best tint shop around if your in the East Tennessee or north ga area this is the place to go. I had my windows tinted there yesterday and am quite pleased. The installer's name was April, and she was very professional and still friendly on top of that. She explained what the legal limit was, and all consequences of going beyond that. Took about an hour on my 2010 Civic sedan, all side windows and back window. Extremely reasonably priced. The address in this site is incorrect: it's supposed to be 305 3rd ST SW Cleveland. I've never had my windows tinted before that were not factory. So this was a new experience. The shop is definitely small and apparently a one woman show. There's no waiting room, but thankfully there's a concrete bench outside that I was able to sit at and watch Netflix while I waited. Making an appointment was easy. I called around and left several messages at different businesses and one of my requests were to only return my call if the tint came with a lifetime warranty. Ronnie's called back and said as long as I own the vehicle the tint was covered if anything happened to it like bubbling or pealing. My appointment went much quicker than I imagined it would, probably an hour and 10 minutes. That same day I kind of panicked because I noticed a lot of bubbles and so I called and left a message and they called back and assured me if the bubbles didn't go away within a few days that I could come back and she'd redo whatever was needed. Two days later one window was still bubbling, so I made an appointment for next week. The fix was of course free! However, this morning I noticed the bubbles were completely gone! I was told that often the bubbles take some time to dry and go away and that was exactly what happened. My tint job looks amazing and I'm thrilled to have found Ronnie's that charge only $150 and do great work! Very happy and will definitely recommend to everyone. read more

I just purchased a new vehicle and was needing the windows tinted on it. I read on YELP that this business had a 5 star rating and the customers had very good things to say about it. I was in the area on business so I stopped by unannounced to check on getting my car done. The lady working there said that she works by appointment only so I inquired about setting up a time to come back. When she discovered that I was from out of town, and even though she had other vehicles already scheduled in, she found a way to work me in while I was in town so I wouldn't have to make a special trip back.
