They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We'll see how it goes, but so far I'm happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating. NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience).

A week after installation, we noticed areas where the carpet was not tacked down well and was "bubbling up". I called Bud Polley's and was transferred to Zach's voicemail, where I left a message. A few days later, after no response, I called a second time. The gentleman who answered remembered my calling before and seemed surprised that I hadn't received a response. He, again, transferred me to Zach's extension. This time the call was answered. I was told that a customer concern ticket would be completed and turned in to Jeff, who would reach out to me. I have yet to hear from anyone at Bud Polley's. I only wish that I'd noticed the issue with the carpet before I'd paid in full. Maybe action would've been taken to make things right had I not written that check. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business.
