I had to call Roof Masters to get confirmation that he was running late from his last project and and did not communicate with each other on reasons why they are running late. After about 12 years, the roof is already in poor condition and needs significant attention far sooner than what most homeowners would reasonably expect from a full roof replacement. When I contacted the company, I was told their workmanship warranty only covers 5 years, and they would not offer any assistance with the current issues under the warranty. While that may be within the terms of their contract, it's disappointing given the extent of the problems and the relatively short lifespan of the roof. In hindsight, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do not use them. Even if the price is a little higher than Bradford because now I am spending more to fix my roof. Please take the time to carefully review the warranty details with any company you choose, especially what is (and isn't) covered and for how long. Also, consider having the roof independently inspected soon after installation to catch any potential issues early. Based on my experience, I would advise others to thoroughly compare warranties and workmanship guarantees before choosing a contractor, as it could make a significant difference down the road.
