I had purchased several clutches and various parts from them over the years and they have always been very fair with pricing and had great availability. So I figured I would give them a try. They were very accommodating when it came to the drop off. I was running late and they stayed a few minutes after close to receive my transmission. I got the transmission back sooner than expected and I was very happy with the price and quality of parts. I was able to speak with the gentleman who rebuilt it (George). He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the parts replaced and where he sourced them(quality is everything to me). I was told I need to purchase a brand new car battery because it would die soon. I decided the new car battery could wait because we pay for AAA. It's been over a year, and my car battery is still working just fine. In fact, over the winter I accidentally left the interior light on in my car, so I called AAA to jump it. Well, AAA confirmed my car battery should be good for at least another year! Hopefully this was just a misjudgment, but it's hard to not feel like they were trying to rip us off.

No other dealer came close to the same value buy. Dean helped me with the purchase, he was friendly, honest, and helped me find the lowest rate financing. Got a call from the service department that the truck had failed inspection due to the window tint. I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either. I would never trust this dealership to be honest with me, and I will never return there.
