I was not able to see a single vehicle and was told it was someone else's fault within the institution. Any criticism showing how unprofessional this facility behaves will be mocked, and customers will be laughed out of the room. They clearly are not hurting for business if this is how they behave. Dylan, the first technician, spent nearly an hour fumbling with a basic jump-start before announcing I "needed a new battery." Fine. I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. But what followed was beyond unacceptable. This man literally caught himself on fire. Sparks were flying repeatedly, he couldn't remove the battery, he nearly broke the battery housing entirely, and he ended up calling someone to talk him through what should've been a routine procedure. After close to two hours of chaos, he finally gave up and called another tech to take over while my parking fees kept climbing. Tony, the next technician, was professional and kind, but even he was stunned by the destruction Dylan left behind. My hood wouldn't close, random broken parts were on the ground, and he actually handed me the pieces Dylan broke and took photos for evidence. He was just as shocked as we were and had to untangle the mess just to tow my car to their shop. Completely absurd. And then came the owner, Mike, who somehow managed to make the entire situation worse. His attitude was dismissive, uninterested, and downright insulting. When I explained everything that happened, his response was: "Poor Dylan." Excuse me? Poor Dylan? Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

I contacted them because the starter motor in my BMW died. I called Kulik's as it is relatively near to my house. They said they could do it but I would have to have a tow operator pick it up which I did. They completed the job in 2 days which I felt was good. They called me to pick up the car and when I got it home noticed there was a ding on the hood. Apparently the mechanic closed the hood on a tool which dented my hood. When I brought it back they apologized and had the dent repaired and the hood repainted. It was a bother to me which I do not think I was compensated for however everything turned out ok. I will probably continue to use them as Dave was helpful and apologetic for the incident.

Their online scheduling system originally booked my appointment incorrectly for 4/2 instead of 4/3, but they did agree to still look over the vehicle, which I appreciated. After diagnosing the vehicle on 4/3, they contacted me with recommended repairs and I approved the work. My vehicle remained there for over two weeks and I picked it up after hours on Friday, 4/24. Immediately after pickup, I realized several of the original issues were still unresolved. The windshield wipers still did not work, the airbag light was still on, and later I discovered my backup camera no longer worked and the ambient temperature display now only showed dashes instead of a reading. I texted them that same evening regarding the unresolved issues. A few days later, I was told the wipers had essentially been forgotten about after another repair was completed and that the airbag concern was not something they worked on due to liability reasons -- something that was never communicated to me upfront despite being one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in. The only repair that appears improved are the brakes, however now the vehicle shakes while braking. I can finally turn the heat off, but now my AC no longer works either. What was most disappointing to me was the lack of follow-up afterward. I sent a respectful message explaining my concerns after picking the vehicle up and never received any response. At that point, it stopped feeling like an honest mistake and started feeling like my concerns simply were not important. I understand older vehicles can be difficult to diagnose, but after spending a significant amount of money and being without my vehicle for over two weeks, I expected better communication, more thorough follow-through, and confirmation that the original concerns had actually been resolved before returning the vehicle.
