They were also given my roof contract because they were doing my bathrooms. Now that they also received the upfront payment for the roof the owner is refusing to complete the work that he agreed to do and was paid to do. Then I find out the plumber he sent isn't licensed. Guess that's why he had to keep redoing his work. A job I was assured would take no more than a week or two has turned to months. Don't be fooled by the fake Christian. However, after a couple of hours, he texted me back to say that he had forgotten about a prior commitment at 2 PM and wanted to reschedule for 4 PM. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate him and replied that 4 PM would be fine. However, the next day, 4 PM came and went, and he was a no-call/no-show. Being a no-call/no-show and wasting my time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both the individual and the company. My philosophy is that if a man can't even show up, and on time, His word is no good, and I damn sure don't trust him or his company to hand over my hard earned money to.
