The first one who came stated we would probably would not get enough to pay off the outstanding mortgage, in fact she suggested that we get moved and let the house get foreclosed on. Wow what an idiotic statement. We then contacted Park Jones and Mr. Don Radford came over and looked around and spoke with us and wanted to list it with enough to pay off the mortgage and make a little profit! Needless to say he became our relator. The next day we signed a contract with him and it was not long a buyer made an offer. It was a lot lower than the asking price so we declined the offer. Later that day Mr. Don called and stated the buyer came back with an offer only 300$ less than the asking price. We took the offer and sold the house. Mr. Don kept us informed of all the things we needed and all that the buyer was doing. On closing day everything was smooth. The buyers were happy and we were happy.
