Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! They told me they could do a "paint correction" and they felt the seats should clean up fairly well. They gave me a price and we scheduled it for 2 days this week. He asked if I could reschedule for the upcoming week and I informed him I could not because I work every day, to go ahead and cancel, and I would look at my schedule and get back to them because I was driving when he called. All he said was "okay" and hung up the phone. If their customer service is this bad I don't have high hopes for the quality of their work. It's not my problem you work a "half day" on Saturdays. If you can't do a full detail on a Saturday then don't have that option available to book online. Not a hard concept...

They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I'll be honest my car wasn't a mess but I can tell the attention to detail they put into the car. Even my mats are looking younger! My family and I were on a vacation in Phoenix and my husband became suddenly ill. It was so sudden, he vomited in my car, despite holding a bag. He missed. It was gross. I have better equipment than he did, plus he used some of my products and made himself at home in my garage without asking (my fans going, chargers plugged in on my bench, my things moved around, using my rolling seats etc) Professional detailers should be just that, professional. Not just someone who has stuff to clean a car that comes to your house that winds up being inadequate. Also I don't mind things taking a considerable amount of time if it's worth it. This took more than 6 hours and I wish I would've just saved my money and did it myself for how it looked. I had to point out places in the interior more than once that needed to be cleaned and when I requested it, it was given a cursory wipe with a dirty towel. I realize this review is late as the service took place last year but I don't want others to have this same experience.
