Everything seemed to be pre-made in the form of powders with sugar, dyes, or stevia. Totally fine for the general public, but people seeking healthy options may be disappointed. I got a refresher of sorts and think it could've used some 100% fruit syrup or something of the sort. It tasted more artificial than a refreshing fruity drink, like something someone could make at home. The interior decorating could be adjusted to create a more memorable experience for customers to want to come back and relax there. If the kids area/ toys in the back of the room are for the public, I would make that more known and more organized. More comfortable furniture would also make it more inviting. There's an un-tapped niche for healthy drinks in South Haven during hot days in the summer. If this small business expanded towards the healthy and 'whole foods' side of things, I think they could reach more customers and really thrive in the area.

Burnt, dirty and aggressively bitter, without any of the flavor that makes strong coffee actually good. And that's what makes it so frustrating. This is exactly the kind of independent bakery/cafe where I WANT to buy a great latte instead of going to Biggby or another chain. There's a huge opportunity here to be the legit coffee spot in town, and the rest of the place already deserves it. Please, for the love of God, fix the espresso. Your pastries deserve a better wingman.
