When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. I appreciate Puppy Boutique Las Vegas, Calvin, and Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping with his recovery and for making sure his health was taken care of.

We got a too poodle for my baby 16the birthday. So far so good he has been playful eating and doing good.. its only been a few days so im definitely watching him carefully. They do financings through a 3rd party so thats on YOU. Honestly i think he was pricey 2700 but i wasn't willing to go through someone off the street so i paid what i felt was worth my money. This was my first time adopting a pet from a licensed breeder. From day one she was transparent about pricing, a timeline and what to expect. Whenever I had a question or wanted more photos she was happy to respond quickly and professionally while also having a very personable and sweet personality. All of this reflects in the kitten we brought into our family. Our new baby, Harlow, is the BEST kitty ever!! She's so smart and sweet, not easily startled or bothered by anything and has adjusted so perfectly in our home. You can just tell that Daniela and her family care for the cats and kittens with the utmost care and love. When it (finally!) came time to pick up our baby, Daniela was very flexible with our schedule. Her home is super nice and she had everything set up for us, greeting us with Harlow in her arms. She hung out with us for some time and gave us all the information and helpful tips. She included baby photos AND a cool toy and cat scratcher. My experience with Desert Danes left me feeling very disappointed, mainly due to the lack of communication and professionalism. I have included screenshots of all conversations from start to finish. Their website comes across very legit so I was excited that there was a breeder in town with what felt like perfect timing since I lost my Great Dane 5 months ago. From the start of our interaction I got a weird feeling. I sent a text introducing myself and stating why I was texting and I got the dry response, "okay" followed with more dry responses and blurry pictures where you couldn't even see the dogs up close after asking to see them and how old. This made it difficult to assess their condition which is I asked to meet them. In the pictures they provided, the puppies are eating next to a pile of feces, which is concerning to me as that's unsanitary. I understand that puppies have accidents but this just shows me the lack of attention to detail on top of the poor communication. I was compliant with wherever they wanted to meet and tried to set multiple meetings days in advance only to have to text them multiple times asking for details on times due to receiving no response. Then they brought up sugar gliders and how they got robbed and said they got confused because they're texting multiple people which is totally fine, but after having multiple weird responses or complete lack of responses, I finally just stopped responding after a last attempt to make an appointment. I was unable to make the time they suggested in the last text and I was no longer willing to go back and forth again just to not get a response unless multiple texts were sent from my end. I wanted to share my experience considering I hadn't had the opportunity to communicate with them about my needs or expectations and was told I wasn't a good fit. They may be reputable and just be terrible communicators but I'm not interested in giving money to terrible communicators or people that give off the impression that they do not care as much as they should, so either way I'm out.
