We have taken our fur baby here a few times before, we loved how the groomers listened to our request and made her so cute after every hair cut. Staff is always friendly and did such a great job. I didn't realize even the owner is sometimes there grooming the dogs. Which shows in the groomers skills, they do such an amazing job. We tried other places closer to us, but they hesitate on cutting our dogs hair because the type of dog she is. But we know our baby, her hair grows like wild. Anyways, we would always get let down on how "the same" she looked with other shops. The prices are upfront, depends on what you want done. We were charged a little more sometimes because our baby skipped a month or two and her hair was crazy. So we get it, we don't mind paying the extra $10 because it was more of a hassle and a lot of work when there's A LOT of hair. We'll definitely be back as always! read more

Laura is absolutely wonderful, one of our fur babies has anxiety and she is such a pro! Love her!

I've loved this place since day one, we haven't came for the past few years for personal reasons but it was time to come back, Maxx was overly excited to come back he couldn't wait to get inside. And Marley was timid as her first time, but she did great! The staff is always so kind and professional. It's curb at this time but from the moment I dropped them off to the moment they were picked up everything went smoothly. I love when great companies succeed in the east side and give a good rep to eastsiders. read more

They left my dog very cute and handsome!! Very great time and very great job and my dog smells very nice!

So I just moved to the east side and needed a new grooming place for my boy and we stumbled across this place since it was super close to us and I just wanted to say that I'm so very impressed with Shiloh's cut and grooming! They cut him exactly how I wanted him to look and did so much more! The de shedding shampoo or whatever it is, smells sooooo good. This is honestly the best he's ever smelled so please keep using that because we will be back! :) And the pricing is the best we've had for him being a large breed with long hair! Definitely worth the money! Thank you again ladies! read more

I really used to enjoy bringing my dog here. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've taken him here they return him to me still wet, still stinky, and it doesn't even seem like they ran a brush through his fur. Really disappointed. I pay $50 and tipped $15 the least they could get right is getting the smell off him and get him dry. read more

I brought my two fur babies here today and I wasn't greeted by the staff at all. It was both of my pups first time going and it didn't really feel like the staff tried very hard to make them very comfortable. They got their baths, nails trimmed, and teeth brushed. I didn't see or notice much of a difference, as they still were shedding a ton after their baths when I pet them/paw pads still extremely rough. When I went to pick them up, staff was a little more friendly/my boys smelled nice (after getting the spray). If you want a more affordable bath and something accessible on the east side, then I would go here! Happy to support this small business all in all, though. read more

We've been being our pup Sugah here for years. They always do such a good job with her from the hair cut to the wash and everything in between. We needed our baby to get groomed and from making the appointment to her actual grooming and pickup was a breeze. It is curb-side for both drop off and pick up but we appreciate that. Her cut was perfect and they asked for details which was awesome! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! read more

This was my first time bringing Charlie here and he will come back they took me as a walk in and he was done quick what did it for me was how they put him in a kennel and he was screaming so they let him out and had him in a pen , now my boy is super spoiled and that's my fault but that's hat you do for pets is spoil them so anyways they went out of their way to make sure he was happy and any company willing to do that for my baby has my business for life that's just a awsome feeling I don't have to worry about him when he is with them so keep up the great work and thanks for taking great care of my baby read more

I brought my long haired cat in for a sanitary shave and wash. On picking him up I found he was traumatized and the sanitary shave they gave him was no better than I could give him it home. With the wash the groomer did not get the remnants of dried poop off his fur. read more

After a very bad experience at PetSmart grooming, I was afraid to take my Lucy-dog just anywhere. Lucy is an 8 year old Blonde Lab with arthritis in both her hips, so she can't stand for long periods.... And it takes a bit longer to groom her. I was looking for a groomer that understood her issues and could be patient & gentle. I am so happy to have found Simply Purrfect! When I called they were so nice on the phone and we were able to get a same day appointment. Brigette is awesome and did a fabulous job. Lucy hadn't had a proper grooming in months! Poor Brigette... Lucy's fur was shedding pretty bad! We will definitely get back to a regular routine now that we have a reputable, great quality groomer just down the street from our home. read more

Last week i took my dog benito to get groomed, this is the second time i take him here the first time was fine he was perfectly groomed and not shaved, this time however Benito was unrecognizable the lady who groomed him shaved him off completely and i understand he was bit matted and that's the normal protocol but the time he came before that they didn't shave him completely, also my dog came back with an ear infection in both ears super irritated and red and the groomer also nicked him in both ears and his genitals, i am extremely enraged and disappointed because i really enjoyed my experience with you guys the first time, as pet owners we put our trust in you to treat our dogs with carefulness and love and it seemed like his service was rushed, i even asked before i left how he did and the groomer said he did well and was calm so she can't blame it on my dog because i know he usually does well. Lastly i seem to be having an allergic reaction to whatever products were used i had to bathe him myself again because there was leftover shampoo residue normally benito is hypoallergenic because he's a maltipoo and i've been itching like crazy each time i pet him or grab him i am extremely sad and disappointed. read more

Took my dog Ivy to get groomed today 01/17. Upon walking in appointment time I realized I had forgotten her shot records and I let the lady at the front know and she told me it wasn't a problem I could go get them. I was surprised since they emphasized the appointment times were very strict but since she let me go for them I went. I live no more than 10 mins round trip back to the groomers. Upon my second arrival I noticed a change in the lady's voice and tone. She told me that next time I better have the shots ready because I wasted her time and schedule. How is it that she's going to call me out when SHE LET ME GO GET THEM FROM HOME. I was well aware I had forgotten them and a professional person/company would have rescheduled me and I would have been okay with that. Very rude and sarcastic while repeating back my contact info and when asking how I wanted Ivy haircut. I brushed it off and when I came back for her same energy and on top on that she took it out on Ivy. Ivy came out like if she got cut my a lawn mower. Her length on her legs is long and short in different places and she had no type of bows or anything. I'm not the type to give the same energy back to people who are wasting my time. But I wish I gave that lady a taste of her own medicine with the way she was speaking to me the whole time. I was so upset and mad I didn't even bother looking at her in the face to get her name or anything. Never coming here again. read more

This is our new favorite groomers! I use to drive my pups across town but the 30min drive was exhausting and it was very expensive. This place is right across the street and they are amazing! The girls are sweet and you can tell they take pride in their work. I know my Frenchies are a handful but when I picked them up they were so happy and I can tell they enjoyed it! As far as quality goes, they are super clean and soft! They have no cuts like other places have left before and the shedding is drastically improved. They even deep cleaned their little butt rolls which some places don't do so well at. The only difference was that they clip their nails vs using a file or sander but they made sure to make careful clips and all the paws were unharmed. Their pricing is so competitive I was very impressed by how affordable it was for the quality. Overall I would recommend! read more

Love this place so much more affordable then most commercial dog groomers like petsmart, petco, etc. Definitely recommend to anyone living in the east side. My dog Toby definitely liked it more than the others since when we went to petsmart they were really rough especially with his ears and he became scared of his groomer. Anyways always happy to support a small business. read more

I have a pug, and if you have a pug then you know they HATE having their nails trimmed. I tried to do it myself but I just got tired of fighting this 15 lb 9 year old monster. I took the pug in for a nail trim and two employees gave her a pug hug and took care of all her nails. One nail had even curled down and around and was pressing into her paw, and they were able to cut it back easily. I didn't have to wait, it took 5 min, and it cost $10. I was happy to see they accept tips because I was so thankful! The other dogs who were getting groomed looked SO CUTE! I will try their full grooming services next time. read more

Called on either Friday night or Saturday morning (I don't remember), but got an appointment for Monday at 11:30! I have a maltipoo about 14 lbs I groom only 2 times/year. From the customer service on the phone, my picky mom taking my dog for me (not before disecting the place) to the outcome I am so happy! My dog doesn't typically like strangers and took to the groomer right away, from letting her pick him up. They finished in about 3 or 4 hours and he looks amazing. Definitely going here from now on. Also with his mats and tangled poodle hair, they only charged $50. Im so happy to have a safe, clean place with amazingly nice people to go to from now on. read more
