We have taken our fur baby here a few times before, we loved how the groomers listened to our request and made her so cute after every hair cut. Staff is always friendly and did such a great job. I didn't realize even the owner is sometimes there grooming the dogs. Which shows in the groomers skills, they do such an amazing job. We tried other places closer to us, but they hesitate on cutting our dogs hair because the type of dog she is. But we know our baby, her hair grows like wild. Anyways, we would always get let down on how "the same" she looked with other shops. The prices are upfront, depends on what you want done. We were charged a little more sometimes because our baby skipped a month or two and her hair was crazy. So we get it, we don't mind paying the extra $10 because it was more of a hassle and a lot of work when there's A LOT of hair. We'll definitely be back as always! read more

I brought my two fur babies here today and I wasn't greeted by the staff at all. It was both of my pups first time going and it didn't really feel like the staff tried very hard to make them very comfortable. They got their baths, nails trimmed, and teeth brushed. I didn't see or notice much of a difference, as they still were shedding a ton after their baths when I pet them/paw pads still extremely rough. When I went to pick them up, staff was a little more friendly/my boys smelled nice (after getting the spray). Last week i took my dog benito to get groomed, this is the second time i take him here the first time was fine he was perfectly groomed and not shaved, this time however Benito was unrecognizable the lady who groomed him shaved him off completely and i understand he was bit matted and that's the normal protocol but the time he came before that they didn't shave him completely, also my dog came back with an ear infection in both ears super irritated and red and the groomer also nicked him in both ears and his genitals, i am extremely enraged and disappointed because i really enjoyed my experience with you guys the first time, as pet owners we put our trust in you to treat our dogs with carefulness and love and it seemed like his service was rushed, i even asked before i left how he did and the groomer said he did well and was calm so she can't blame it on my dog because i know he usually does well. Upon walking in appointment time I realized I had forgotten her shot records and I let the lady at the front know and she told me it wasn't a problem I could go get them. I was surprised since they emphasized the appointment times were very strict but since she let me go for them I went. I live no more than 10 mins round trip back to the groomers. Upon my second arrival I noticed a change in the lady's voice and tone. She told me that next time I better have the shots ready because I wasted her time and schedule. How is it that she's going to call me out when SHE LET ME GO GET THEM FROM HOME. I was well aware I had forgotten them and a professional person/company would have rescheduled me and I would have been okay with that. Very rude and sarcastic while repeating back my contact info and when asking how I wanted Ivy haircut. I brushed it off and when I came back for her same energy and on top on that she took it out on Ivy. Ivy came out like if she got cut my a lawn mower. Her length on her legs is long and short in different places and she had no type of bows or anything. I'm not the type to give the same energy back to people who are wasting my time. This is our new favorite groomers! I use to drive my pups across town but the 30min drive was exhausting and it was very expensive. This place is right across the street and they are amazing! The girls are sweet and you can tell they take pride in their work. I know my Frenchies are a handful but when I picked them up they were so happy and I can tell they enjoyed it! As far as quality goes, they are super clean and soft! They have no cuts like other places have left before and the shedding is drastically improved. They even deep cleaned their little butt rolls which some places don't do so well at. The only difference was that they clip their nails vs using a file or sander but they made sure to make careful clips and all the paws were unharmed. I have a pug, and if you have a pug then you know they HATE having their nails trimmed. I tried to do it myself but I just got tired of fighting this 15 lb 9 year old monster. I took the pug in for a nail trim and two employees gave her a pug hug and took care of all her nails. One nail had even curled down and around and was pressing into her paw, and they were able to cut it back easily. I didn't have to wait, it took 5 min, and it cost $10. I was happy to see they accept tips because I was so thankful! The other dogs who were getting groomed looked SO CUTE! I will try their full grooming services next time. read more

Called on either Friday night or Saturday morning (I don't remember), but got an appointment for Monday at 11:30! I have a maltipoo about 14 lbs I groom only 2 times/year. From the customer service on the phone, my picky mom taking my dog for me (not before disecting the place) to the outcome I am so happy! My dog doesn't typically like strangers and took to the groomer right away, from letting her pick him up. They finished in about 3 or 4 hours and he looks amazing. Definitely going here from now on. Also with his mats and tangled poodle hair, they only charged $50. Im so happy to have a safe, clean place with amazingly nice people to go to from now on. read more
