We bought a mattress from them about three weeks ago…read more We were told the mattress was dirty on the corner because it was dropped, but were told it was fine and they would give us a discount because it was dirty. So we paid $400 plus tax for it. Now the entire side is protruding out from the corner, causing a hole on that side of the mattress. We asked them if they would exchange it and we would even take a less expensive one for it. First they completely ignored us and then they told us no they could not. So we are out the money and have a defective mattress that is causing a lot of back pain.

Everyone was hoping you'd figure it out and put it back where we decided where we wanted to go. People are naturally more efficient and use common sense, your way is slow and wasteful. I recently was in a Sam's in another state and was shocked at the difference, nicer facilities, clean restrooms, no micromanagement of the gas lines and no congestion. The store was nearer, cleaner, more like a Cisco with better presentation. I didn't realize it's just ours that's unkept, messy and unattractive.
