I am glad that we chose diamond flooring. After installing our floors, there were a few areas that we weren't happy with. The customer service was WONDERFUL and OJ went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our floors, which included putting in some extra hard work and labor. I could not have been more pleased with all aspects of dealing with them from 1st contact to end of installation - I only wish I had them install my floors sooner! They did an amazing job on my daughter's new/old house. They ripped up a house full of carpet, refinished that. Also refinished the dining room floor which was extremely wavy and badly stained. Just beautiful!! As a bonus, he installed some leftover laminate he had in stock in the laundry room for free (just labor). He priced it accurately with no hidden charges at the end. Their work is excellent! They took up carpet in 2 upstairs bedrooms and took it away. They put down waterproof vinyl flooring that looks like wood, moved furniture and cleaned up behind themselves.
