Let me start by apologizing for the long review but I need to give it some context! My previous lash place emailed me saying they were closing, on short notice. so I panicked trying to find somewhere new that could get me in quickly and was willing to work over someone else's work. I called Diamond Lash Beauty Lounge and the receptionist was so kind and understanding. She got me in right away, which was such a relief. Leading up to my appointment they called to confirm and make sure everything was still good and to avoid any last-minute cancellation issues (which I actually appreciated) but I can't afford no late charges or fees! Kyla was my lash technician and she was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was helped right away. Kyla was super informative, sweet, and professional. The whole place has a great vibe and feels welcoming for all ages, with a very professional atmosphere. The best part is they offer so many different services -- it's truly a one-stop shop for a beauty and self-care day. Prices are very reasonable too (this is coming from a single mother who can't afford to splurge on much these days). I was disappointed with my experience at Diamond Lash Beauty Lounge, specifically with how my concerns were handled. I am a newer client and since my first appointment, I felt that my lashes weren't quite the style I was looking for. Initially, I didn't say anything, but when I finally mentioned that I wanted to adjust the style, I was surprised by the owner's response. She commented that the lash style I liked was "ugly" and stated, "We don't do that here." Regardless of personal preferences, I found those comments unnecessary and embarrassing, especially in front of other people. What made the situation even more confusing was that I left feeling unsure whether I was welcome to continue as a client. If the style I wanted wasn't something the salon offered, that would have been understandable, but the way it was communicated left me uncomfortable and uncertain about what my options were moving forward. To add to the confusion, I was informed that I would need to pay full price to have my lashes corrected, even though they had been done less than a week earlier. At the same time, my membership payment was scheduled to be charged the following day. (Which was going to cover my next two future appointments) Because I wasn't sure whether I should continue booking appointments there, I asked if the membership payment could be held until I received clarification from the owner. Which I still haven't heard back and my payment did go through. Overall, my biggest issue wasn't that we had different opinions about lash styles, it was the way my feedback was received. From the minute I conversed with this business from text to phone to in person, it was comforting but professional. They were very flexible and took me in last minute. When I got there, they had a consult with me to make sure they knew what I wanted and had me wash my lashes. Alexa did my extensions and brow lamination. My session with her was less than 2 hours and the results turned out beautiful. She socialized with me, but also was very efficient with her work. We had to add another 15 mins, but it was well worth it. I also loved the music that was played and how laid back everything was. I will definitely be returning when I visit this area again. Gorgeous location. Inside has a little boutique for items for purchase. Place is decorated with modern furniture. The back area is dedicated for the services. There's a curtain for privacy, but they didn't close it for my visit, so we could see and communicate with the reception area from here. Music was played throughout -- great music choices, but a little loud for me! For services, they can do anything to your face lol. I requested a lash lift, brow waxing, and lip waxing. They really tried to sell me on the brow lamination! All services were performed with high quality. I'm especially happy with the lash lift! The waxing was performed with hot wax and removed slowly and gently. My preference was a little bit cooler wax and a stronger removal. Not bad, just different. There are lots of deals and discounts all of the time. I will definitely come back to take advantage of the deals and high quality service!!! read more

I came in for a "model special" and I had a great experience! This was technically my first time doing lash extensions and Kyla did an awesome job! She's super sweet and did such a great job! I got an "anime set" with diamonds and she killed it giving me the look I didnt think I could get since I have naturally short, thin, and sparse lashes (I'm Asian lol). The studio is clean, beautiful and super comfy too! Which makes the hour and a half drive for me totally worth it! Definitely recommend this place! read more

I called on a weekend frantically asking if they could please take me for a lash removal. I had extensions done at a different place and they were killing my eyes: not isolated well, touching my lash line, poking me. I didnt catch the girls name at diamond lash answering the phones but she was so understanding and made arrangements to squeeze me in asap between their appointments. Kyla did the lash removal and she was so kind, friendly, and so gentle with my lashes. She took the time to remove them properly, explain to me what was probably causing all the irritation, and thoroughly got every extension off without pulling them! I really wanted to like this salon but it just didn't deliver. I booked a lash lift + tint and custom facial through their IG model call post. The last lift fell flat the first day, despite following the aftercare instructions and purchasing the aftercare oil. My lashes look exactly the same as before. The facial was passing, but I've had better for half the price. I felt like it wasn't as thorough with the extractions, and the esthetician only did extractions on where I thought my areas of concern were, rather than assessing my face and doing them where needed. I got the services for a discount, and it still want cheap, but I'd be upset if I paid full price. read more

Scheduled an appointment a while back for a promo price (for modeling pictures) they advertised on social media, they called a few days prior to appointment to confirm details and I happened to ask to confirm it was free as a model - they denied it and then also said I would be charged cancellation if I cancelled the appointment. I was pretty darn sure I remembered what I scheduled for, so I asked them to reference the specific day's social media post on their account... A good amount of silence for what should've been a quick yes or no imo. I kept the appointment, and then at the end asked the receptionist if I could check what social media post it was that inspired me to come in, but oh no, it would "take too long to scroll" to that day they weren't even busy at the time... Highly suspicious they were gaslighting me and wish I disputed the charge read more

Terrible. We got two lash lifts and tints. Or at least that was what we had wanted. Instead we got two sets of fried lashes that may never go back to normal. I had Angela, who kept getting up and was clearly distracted by her co workers and music throughout the service, clearly not paying attention to her client. She was more concerned about the music she was playing than her client. Several texts back and forth ended in a screaming match phone call. She then told me over the phone my lashes were short so I was probably not a good candidate, then why would she give me a lash lift! She refused a refund but offered a set of lash extensions.. what?!! Be aware... this is not the first time Angela does this! Manager finally agree to a refund, 100 of the 130 plus tip I left. I went to lash lounge and had them a little relax but she couldn't relax too much because of the damage. My lashes still tragic, my daughter's lashes are facing all kinds of ways. I'm sorry the first thing on my mind was not Diamond Lash it was calling my doctor and getting some Antibiotics and when they texted and I told them they still charged me the full 95 for no show. Be careful with the cancellation policy. I woke up with the flu two day before and thought I would be good to cancel my appt and reschedule since it was 2 days before. However, they said it has to be 48 hrs from the point you booked it. My appt was for 2pm and I called at around 5:30pm (2 days before) so they said it was too late to cancel and would have to charge me for the service. I decided to just keep it hoping I'd feel better by then and they offered to give me a mask. However, when I got there I don't even think the lady was informed that I was sick and I wasn't given anything. It also was my first time doing anything to my eyebrows which the lady on the phone assured me I would do a consultation before getting them done. When I got there the lady just expected me to lay down and start doing them. I had to ask what exactly are the steps and tell her again it was my first time. She seemed surprised. I got an eyebrow tint and lamination but I wouldn't recommend the tint. Felt like a waste of money. I have naturally darker eyebrows but I wanted the ends to look more filled in. A couple days went by and the tint has already disappeared. I still have to use my eyebrow pencil to fill it in. The lady, Mackenzie, was super sweet but it felt like communication was off from the person I talked to on the phone to her. As for the lamination I probably wouldn't get it again either. If you sleep on your side and it gets rubbed at night you still have to brush them out and shape them in the morning. I essentially paid for my eyebrows but still have to do them every morning. I would suggest something more permanent than a tint or lamination. read more

Drove an hour to this place, and I was super excited as I was getting a discounted rate. However, the facial received was not the best. Sophia had her phone with her ringer on right next to my ear, and it rang twice. She allowed the phone to ring the entire time without hanging up or picking up. Additionally, I was told they mapped out eyebrows, which was honestly the selling point for me to drive so far; however, once I was there, I was told that they do not do that there. Additionally, the small talk during the facial was awkward as I got an eyebrow wax and facial, but Brazilians were brought up. This was my first time here, and I do not know their complete services. Brazilian wax was brought up twice, with no mention of that being a service offered, so at the moment, I was just a bit uncomfortable. In hindsight, now she probably meant to promote the service. She forgot to add the headpiece for the facial, so I got some cleaner / exfoliant on my hair, not the end of the world. But the cherry on top was at the end of the service when they wrote me a treatment plan. I walked up to the front desk (they were super friendly), and she told me about the membership and asked me if Sophia had gone over my treatment plan. Since she had not the woman at the front desk went to go get her as she was supposed to go over it with me (according to her). However, after she went to get her in the back, she returned without Sophia; she never came out to discuss the treatment plan with me. I understand I was getting a discounted rate, but it wasn't that cheap. I mean it's a nice studio, but it's not McDonald's, where you pay a low price and expect poor customer service. For the amount I spent at a discounted rate, I would not recommend booking with Sophia. Maybe other people are better, but I do not think this place would be worth full price, let alone the membership. read more

Got my brows laminated for the first time! Camille did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time.

I do not recommend doing business with this place. I cancelled my appointment because I wasn't available for that day and they only cancelled one of the services instead of both I was scheduled for. As a result I was charged 100% for a service that should have been cancelled. I was told management would reach out and they did 1 week later. I didn't even answer because the issue should have been addressed atleast 24-48 hours later. Not 1 week. One star because I can't give zero! It's unfortunate because I've done the morpheus treatment, and have my lashes done every 2-3 weeks. Money is not the issue for me, it's the fact I that I feel taken advantage of when I'm being charged for a service that should have been cancelled. read more
