I decided to update my previous review. This update is one instead of three because not only her lack of communication not just one time but multiple times. Her charge of 35% that she charged me that she should not have and then refunded it almost immediately when I called her out on it because she knew she should have charged me and she did. But now when I asked her to refund deposit I paid she not only has not communicated but her lack of communication from the beginning and the fact that she is fighting me on the $25 deposit. I only canceled because of her lack of communication. If she had an issue refunding it to me, then she should've communicated, but I didn't get any messages unless they got lost in La La Land. But from the beginning, I had to message her multiple times to even get a response which should've been a red flag to begin with, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and now I know why I should not have. So yes, I am still giving her a lower updated review score because she is now fighting me on that $25 deposit that I was requesting back. read more

She made sure I was ok with the length and really wanted to make sure I loved them before walking out. For anyone who hasnt been entirely thrilled with lash extensions or is looking to get some for this first time this is my story... I first started lash extensions after being convinced by my old hair stylist who just picked up the skill after they first came out a few years ago. Unfortunately, it only lasted one fill because the woman would glue my eyes shut and it was exactly as I feared. Fast forward two years later and I decided to try it again when a friend needed a model and worked at a pretty reputable lash chain. While I thought the work was way better I still had to sit for 3-4 hours FOR FILLS every three weeks. I also inquired about volume lashes several times and I was always turned down as my friend said "they were too expensive and I wouldn't want them any ways." One day I had enough of that friend and my maid of honor repeatedly referred me to Megan. I AM SO GLAD I CAME TO MY SENSES! Let me tell you something... I had no idea what lash extensions done by a true professional ever felt and looked like until I met Megan! Never had my eyes been glued shut, I've never noticed unnatural shedding of my lashes, and holy freaking crap... THEY ALWAYS LOOKED GOOD! She did my lashes for the past year and I planned to keep it that way forever. I wish I could have moved from California to Utah to continue having her do my lashes! I saw her for an hour every other week consistently and I would get compliments all the time. It also turns out I was being completely over charged by my "friend"!
