She answered the phone even though she was with a client she still answered and told me she was with a client, but she asked if I could text her the details. I went ahead and texted her and she responded once she was done with her client in a timely manner. She was very thorough about the procedure I was asking for and first impression was super sweet and professional woman. I've seen her work and the quality is amazing! Another thing I want to point out is the person that is taking over her business soon also texted me maybe a week later and just asked if there was anything she could help me with. I had been a client of Diamond Lash Beauty Lounge but recently requested a refund for a prepaid package I had not used, as well as the cancellation of my annual membership. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was very disappointing. When I asked for a refund, the response I received was a long email suggesting that my decision to cancel was connected to their former tenant. This was never the case, my reason for canceling was for personal reasons unrelated to anyone else. I even replied to clarify this, but my message went unanswered, which left me feeling dismissed and unheard. What's most frustrating is that despite my unused prepaid package and the fact that I no longer wish to continue services, the company refuses to issue a refund, citing "non-refundable" policies. This was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and I feel it's unfair and poor business practice to keep money for services that were never rendered. Policies aside, I believe how a business handles client concerns speaks volumes about their values. Instead of empathy or a reasonable resolution, I was met with assumptions, deflection, and silence when I tried to clarify. I have very stubborn, thick, downward projecting lashes and she was able to bring out a gorgeous curl which has remained the same a week out (I wash my face frequently but did avoid water for the first 24 hours). I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out.

They had a roughly $50 facial that was supposed to include Microdermabrasion, extractions, a double cleanse, a mask, etc. It did not include true extractions, and only included a few extractions done via some water tool that leaked all over my face. And the extractions that weren't real extractions were only done on my chin, nose and parts of my forehead. The tool caused bruises. In fact, my chin is super congested. They didn't even touch the chin line in ways that they should have. This is a very no-frills place that is clearly on the lower end of the low-budget side. The bed I got my facial in was extremely uncomfortable... Definitely the most uncomfortable I've ever been. It was also clear that the people working had overbooked because they were hopping between nails, facials, and lash services. For example, I know my mask was on a bit longer simply because they were finishing someone else's lashes. Overall, the facial was extremely basic. I also don't think that it was microdermabrasion that they did, but instead that one electronic/metal smelling tool that they use during facials. I don't know what it's called, but I know that it's been used at almost every facial I've ever done. I'm giving two stars because it wasn't the worst facial I've ever had, but it wasn't as thorough as it should've been. And the bruising ain't cool and has never happened before. The vibe inside is very casual. There is no separate room for facials, just a very thin lace curtain, separating the one facial bed from the area where folks were getting their lashes done. Ohhhhh and she left maddddd gel from the mask on my face, around my lips and in my hair.
