I've had no less than 5 deliveries from this company. Every single time there was damage. In a couple instances, worked to my advantage as Home Depot had to give me a discount, but more recently had a shipment of large format tile arrive with 4 out of 7 boxes of broken tile. It was the only thing on the truck. The tile company sent out replacement, and today instead of my scheduled delivery i get a message from them with excuse why didn't deliver and also that the shipment appears to be broken. Seriously, how does a company stay in operation like this? It's not the tile co.panys fault and now they've sent out more tile they lost money on. Diamond needs to change their name to Disaster Lines. read more

The absolute worst delivery company ever. They left a pallet of jars on the literal street where cars can hit it in the dark. We asked them to move it and they refused because there was snow on the driveway and the only had a hand pallet jack. Incompetent and rude. It's ok though, I had another company come move it and my attorney is sending them a nice bill. read more

5 stars because i don't have any problem with DLD 109 shipments I gave them since Jan 1st 2018. Half 109 uses Liftgate. Transit is pretty fast and I have zero complain. read more

In the past year, we have had three separate bad experiences with Diamond Line. In each case, we ordered a large item/s through a retailer or distributor and had no say in the choice of carriers. In each instance, the exterior packaging was ripped to shreds, didn't arrive on time AND had several promises of new delivery times/days after the delays that were no-shows. One shipment was misdelivered somewhere out of state and it took a month to retrieve it. Our most recent shipment was hardwood flooring that we paid $250 for a 2-day delivery that took 5 days and set our project back by 10 days. The last straw: when the driver finally called to say he was on his way, he refused to deliver to our home as we live in a mountain community with dirt roads (all other carriers make it to our house with no issues). We were forced to meet the truck over a mile away, offload the shipment into several other pickup trucks (ours and our contractors) and deliver/offload the entire shipment to our home ourselves. read more
