I have been a customer of Postal Plus for years. I came in today to drop of my package to be mail as I normally do a few times a month. I asked the clerk where the bin for out going packages was at. This is for. packages that don't need processing. He informed me they took it away and charges customers a dollar to put it in the bin. I was blown away. I will not be returning to this business. That is a really greedy thing to do to your customers. And a great way to loose business. read more

2 years ago Postal Plus was the best. The manager, forgot her name but she had short grey hair, and the staff was friendly and I looked forward to chatting when I walked in. Now they charge a dollar per package being dropped off that's postage paid! The staff is strange and the store is unrecognizable from what it once was. I'm not patronizing them any longer. read more

Convenient location, friendly and always helpful staff. Postal Plus is a much needed service in our neighborhood and has saved me countless trips to the dreaded main post office. Yes, they do Charge a nominal fee for pre-paid returns ($1) but honestly I would gladly pay to know my package arrives safely. Postal plus has limited Saturday hours which is an added bonus for those with an irregular schedule or last minute needs. I did rate them only 4 stars due to some inconsistent in services. To be fair this may have been during the transition of ownership so YMMV. I would like to see the following services available Key duplication and notary services. read more

I am a former manager who worked here for over a year. It was a great job, I loved working here and had rapport with our many regular customers. However, I decided I could no longer work here due to conflict with upper management. There are many factors that went into this, but the most important/less personal factors are as follows: 1. Mismanagement of the P.O. boxes. There was a lot of trouble caused by mismanagement by the GM, (General Manager). There had been boxes past due for up to eight months. 2. Hiring discrimination. As I worked at Postal Plus they cut down the amount of employees from 6, to 5, to 4. Despite issues with understaffing there was clear hiring discrimination, (Throwing away an application of an overly qualified application on the basis of being "too old") and pregnancy discrimination (throwing out and even going so far as to make fun of an applicant who was far along in their pregnancy). She would have been a great hire and would have given us enough time to find seasonal employees. Despite being the employee with the most seniority, my feedback was ignored and outright refused. Even our most junior employee was more capable and rectifying. I would have given 5 stars in April, however, I am leaving with 1 stars because I would not recommend working here or even shipping here with the heavily increasing markups. read more

Really confused as to why this establishment does not have 5 Stars. Every employee has been incredibly nice the 8-12 times I've been there, and they always try and secure the best price and carrier for me! Really glad they are in my neighborhood!! This business has become so unreliable. Constantly changing their policies in regards to pre paid drop offs. They charge $1 for all drop offs which is ridiculous and clearly a way for them to make some extra money. I've been told it's due to space, so how does charging $1 resolve a space issue? If anything, they have lost my business entirely as I don't agree with this policy and I don't have time to stop by to check if they have changed their policy. I'll gladly support the postal store up by Fred Meyer over this location. read more

I've been going there for over a year and not once have they mentioned $1 fee for dropping off ups packages until today. "We are reinforcing our policy" I was told, as a business either enforce it from the beginning or not at all. It's not about the $ but the person was also quite rude.
